Well this Manga was a pretty good ride while it lasted. Looks like it'll end like Gantz did - with a thud. Anyone else thought it was too easy for the Revolutionary Army to take over just because Budo died?

Like seriously, is the Empire that fragile that they put all their money into one General who didn't even trust them? This was too rushed.

I mean with Budo dead they only have Esdeath right? With however many massive armies the manga said were coming and with Night Raid they should be able to kill Esdeath and then the Prime Minister.

They're on the last Volume. It'll probably focus on killing the Prime Minister. Here's hoping that the Ultimate Teigu won't actually be the Emperor sitting in a mecha again. That was beyond stupid. 

 

Oh and the Character countdown: I called this out a while ago. They're looking to finish off all the characters but probably one which is why they're counting down.

I will literally rate this manga 1/10 if that's actually the goal.

It just makes no sense to haphazardly kill characters to try and be edgy instead of utilizing your characters to their fullest potential.

But who am i kidding, Akame's on the title, obviously she gets privilege over the others and will likely be the sole survivor, silly me for even thinking otherwise.

I thought this was a pretty decent read for a while. Then all of the characters that I liked and i felt made this manga much more interesting died and it just fell flat for me. Oh well.

It started soooo good. Then it sorta crapped out there at the end. So many things done that just killed the plot. I mean you dont have much of a story if you keep killing all of your characters.

And to see the day that Akame lives up to her place as a titular character.
