Hey everyone! It's been a little while since we last talked about Rin's Mysteries, the visual novel project being headed up by Tay. If you need a quick refresher of our announcement post, have a look at our developers blog.
Now then, what has been going on the past month or two? Well, due to various circumstances (that totally did not relate to me unplugging all the computers and deleting things for fun), we have experienced various delays that will more than likely mean we won't be able to make our original release date for Christmas of 2013.
Our new release goal is now set for April 2014
Now for some other quick tidbits. We will be updating the developers blog on a regular basis now, so be sure to subscribe to it to get all the juicy, riveting updates as well as some behind the scene glimpses into the development of Rin's Mysteries.
Second bit of news. It has come to our attention that our previous thread for letting you guys submit mystery ideas was too vague as the ideas, while good, can't be re-worked into the story. A new, more specific post will go up later today detailing what we are looking for and giving your more information so that you can contribute to this project.
We are all very excited about where we are heading for this project and we look forward to sharing more information in the future!

The sequel to Analogue: A Hate Story, Hate Plus, is set to release on August 19th, 2013 for $10 USD. I had a pretty good time with Analogue: A Hate Story so I'll certainly be buying Hate Plus on day one.
Anyone else play Analogue? What were your thoughts? Will you be buying Hate Plus?
Luckily I didn't know about the fanbase, but the show is way over hyped. I will admit that the movie is pretty damn good though and makes the show look bad.

Loved it a lot. It's very exciting to read, but lacks a lasting impact on me. It had some parts that dragged on, but over all, its very tightly written so there isn't much that feels like filler.
Welcome to the forums! We're glad to have you here. If you are looking for a nice, shorter VN, Katawa Shojou might be a good place to start. Clannad and Kanon are both pretty long.
Final Fantasy XV will not be on the PS3. It will be a PS4/Xbox One title. Same with Kingdom Hearts III. Siliconera reported it a few days ago.
As for Gust and NIS, they'll more than likely focus still on the PS3 and begin moving more and more towards the Vita. It'll be a few years into the launch cycle before they fully embrace and develop for the PS4. Hell, I bet even Atlus will put Persona 5 on the PS3. It still has at least 2 more years of solid support from studios left in it.
Some people here like anime. I didn't know this. Sorry for my ignorance.
The Spring 2013 season is winding down, and we have gotten some great shows like Hataraku Maou-sama!, Suisei no Gargantia, Hentai Ouji to Warawanai Neko, among others. We also are seeing the first half of some show called Shingeki no Kyojin, but it's really unpopular and nobody likes it. Anyway, Summer is around the corner, so now it's time to start picking out which shows you plan on watching this upcoming season. So without anymore ramblings, here is Part One of my Summer 2013 Anime Preview. It's in no particular order, because that would be a lot more work than I'm willing to do for free. Plot Summary: The story revolves around Haruka Nanase, a boy who has always loved to be immersed in water, and to swim in it. After achieving victory, each of the boys went their separate ways.
Time passed, and in the middle of their uneventful high school lives Rin appears and challenges Haruka to a match, showing Haruka his overwhelming power. Not wanting it to end like this, Haruka, gathers together Makoto and Nagisa once again and brings a new member named Rei Ryugazaki to create the Iwatobi High School Swimming Club in order to defeat Rin.
