They are the most used colors, in anime and VN that is. Blue is supposed to be a sky-blue.

What I meant was that different colored pantsu don't make different pantsu.

 

For example

These are shimapan (classical blue and white stripes)

 

These are also shimapan but a different color (pink and white stripes).

 

They are and will always be shimapan regardless of their color.

 

So when you put an option like "blue pantsu" I don't know exactly what kind of pantsu you might be referring too

Frilly? Lacey? With ribbons? etc.

That's what I meant by colors not really needing to be there as an option since they don't imply the pantsu style, just the color.

Unless you're saying someone who picks blue for example only likes blue pantsu in ALL styles.

That's because the color of the pantsu is directly proportional to the personality of the character.

I thought of ichigo pantsu, bit decided to narrow it with any other childish cute thing in the back.

If you make enough of an uproar I'll edit it, hell you can even edit it yourself. Mod powers are fearful.

I guess it can fit but Ichigo Pantsu are pretty individual on their own too. But since no one's even voting on the childish ones I'll leave it for now.

I can edit it myself but that would be abuse of power if I did it without permission when it wasn't a requirement. I'm a very kind individual.

An important part of the character is the pantsu they are wearing.

I guess but i wouldn't judge by the color but by the style, once again. 

The only moment where color is relevant is pure white pantsu. You know this character either doesn't put effort into their underwear or they're innocent characters. Any other way to use pure white pantsu is heresy.

I also knew someone else would take Tom as a cue to ask this so I'm pretty much prepared for the question. You can't possibly say no pantsu is best pantsu, no pantsu is no pantsu therefore it can't be best pantsu.
