krill Posted March 28, 2014 Share Posted March 28, 2014 generally i go to sleep around 3 am and wake up with the baby at between 5 and 7 then if my wife is feeling well enough she takes over so i can get a 2 or 3 hour nap in around 9-10 am when he takes his first nap otherwise i just power through with coffee.
