I assume it was something to do with abandoning the project when it was near completion? At least that's what a quick google search comes up with. Won't vent about it cuz Kyn is correct, so to sum up: They were doing the TL, took their time, said that everything except Miu's route was translated, and that they would release the patch since they had hit the dateline they had said for "following patch". When the time came, though, the TL said: "Sorry, I won't be able to finish the TL etc etc, and in case another team wants to pick up the TL, it wouldn't be fair if it was almost all done already, so we won't release the patch. Bye bye." So, yeah, the patch with all routes except Miu was never seen, and we all pretty much guessed they actually didn't translate anything and just gave us a cheap excuse and dropped the project. Even if he actually did the TL, it's still a dick-move not to release it cuz "maybe another team wants to TL everything from scratch."
