The rates on UR's are utter garbage for sure, but you should be able to find an UR starter mate, don't give up :). The new updates are improving the game by leaps and bounds and it's only getting better for F2P players as well.

I have seen several people accidentally scout from the wrong box during an event and pull 11 rares so yeah... Not pretty.

The regular honor scouting box doesn't have a guaranteed SR period during events

It had no guaranteed SR so I could have gotten 11 rares...

I was talking about all cards. Same with R's and SR's In other news, I scouted from the wrong box. Still got an SR though (lucky)

You won't get double the amount of seals for selling your idolized cards though
