  1. Let's say that I have a cute 2D imouto, hypothetically speaking. And this cute, adorable, perfect-looking 2D imouto is trying to wake me up by using the classical attempt: Riding Onii-chan's Dick At 7 In The Morning to Wake Him Up... Attack! As you can see in the hissatsu's name, the correct way to address me is with onii-chan. But then again; let's assume that she's one year younger than me, and she just wants to ask me something. How should she address me then? I'm not into a master-slave roleplay, so onii-sama is out of the question. Nii-san sounds too plain and has no impact at all. We're not training under the almighty eye of our grandfather, deep in the mountains, somewhere in Hokkaido, so aniki isn't an option. The only choices left are nii-nii and nii. While nii can deal a lot of moe damage if she combines it with puppy eyes, it might still fail if I, for some reason, can't look straight at her. The only logical and most effective choice to deal the most moe damage and conquer the onii-chan route is to call me nii-nii in a sweet voice that directly results in an one-hit K.O. Thank you for your understanding. Imouto characters are the best, unless they're tsundere. This is so accurate that it deserves a price.
  2. I'm still new to this forum, but if it isn't a problem then I'd like to participate. Key's works are always worth it.
  3. Great visual novel so far. I like Akihito, except his "I'm only nice to girls" motto isn't really to my liking. Izawa and Yuubana look like the most interesting characters to me for now. The only negative thing is that they gave Akihito this "innocent" side, which kinda ruins his image.
  4. Kotarou might give you the impression that he's just a stupid, perverted teenager in the beginning (and he actually is), but when you get to play each route, you see how much character development he actually has. The opening (prologue) explains his character a bit. It tells you that he just acts like he's happy, but he knows that he's actually empty. The very reason why I love Rewrite so much, is because it confronts you with something from two (and a third one later on) different perspectives. It makes you think about what's good and bad. What's the right decision to make? And Kotarou is facing such thoughts and decision. I don't blame him for being a bitch in the beginning. He changes, and that's what matters, in my opinion.
  5. PM me or hit me up on MAL if you need an editor.

  6. This summer season is to my liking. After a kinda disappointed spring season, the summer season released quite a lot of good and original anime. My top 5 of this season: 1. Glasslip - We've got another P.A. Works anime. It cannot fail after Nagi no Asukara last winter season. The animation, sound, and scenery are superb. Only the characters lack development, so I hope this will change later on. 2. Zankyou no Terror - This should be actually on the number 1 spot, but I'm a Slice of Life faggot, so I just can't bring myself to do so. This is so original that it makes my heart beat faster every time I watch it. I don't have a good feeling about the ending, though. 3. Sword Art Online II - Never hated SAO. Read all the light novels (that are currently published) and Aniplex managed to produce a second season with even better visuals. This season looks promising. 4. Aldnoah.Zero - I'm not into mecha anime, but instead of an overpowered pilot and his gundam, we've got humans vs. humans. The sound is basically ear porn and the art style makes your eyes crave for even more. 5. Gekkan Shoujo Nozaki-kun - Romantic comedies. I just can't get enough of them. You've got the moe girl and lots of comedy. I love it.
  7. Haha, thank you. And I won't. Clannad is love. Clannad is life. Thank you. Call me whatever you want. Aye, thank you, long name dude. 3年前に私は日本語を勉強し始めることに決めました。 こちらこそ、 よろしく お願いします 。 Thank you, man. Yep, indeed. Well, most people here seem like nice people, so I'm pretty sure I'll like it here. Thank you for welcoming me. ^^ If you've visited my VNDB, then you've noticed that I already read both of them (and both were very enjoyable. Grisaia slightly more). Thank you. Thanks for the Tamako picture. x3 Neko girl game too strong. My favourite visual novel... I've to say that Rewrite was the one who got me really into visual novels, so I guess Rewrite.
  8. He's working on two novels, so it's only natural to get a late release. And yes, I know that. The thing is that I discovered his blog after I got this nickname from some friends. Thank you, sir.
  9. You aren't actually wrong. I've learned that you use これ when something is close enough to touch, and それ when it's close, but not close enough to touch. Of course I cannot say this with 100% confidence, because I'm not a native Japanese, but I think it's close to how you should use them. For the people who want to study Japanese on their own, there are a lot of guides who can help you out. VNsociety and Amaterasu Translations have set up guides to help you out a bit, telling you the steps you've to take to learn it. Although it's mostly only the basics, it actually helps you to make the first steps.
  10. The first 10 minutes of Kotoura-san. Clannad: After Story AIR Little Busters! Refrain Kamisama no Inai Nichiyoubi Byousoku 5 Centimeter
  11. Great. Another HakoMari reader. Love the series. Totally my favourite of all times. Can't wait for volume 7 to get released! I'm always in for a good talk about good light novels. Thank you. I've been studying Japanese for three years now. Thank you. ^^
  12. Yo, I'm Yas, but people call me Novelaer, since I'm kinda obsessed with visual- and light novels. I'm not really new on Fuwanovel, but I'm a new member on this forum. The nice thing is that most people here are actually quite nice (compared to the MAL and animesuki forums). So yeah, I can read and understand Japanese till a certain level, but enough to play most galge and eroge. I'm your typical, sleep deprived weeb who roams on the internet, looking for good visual novels to play. I'm more of a moege person, but a good story is always welcome. Hopefully we can get along.
