That's the thing, I didn't even want to practice driving to get the license. You do make a good point, though. There have been a few occasions where having a license would've helped me, namely when my friends are getting drunk and I'm the only one sober. One time I had to stay the night at someone's house since no one I came with stayed sober, and I had a most unfortunate night with a couple kids that felt like they were raised by Satan himself. They did not know how to sleep at all, and they always had terrified looks on their faces when told to go to bed. I do have a few IDs already. A standard state-issued ID from Florida, a veteran's ID from the VA, and a student ID from my college. Hell, I even have one for the city I live in to access certain facilities. But I guess I'd rather have too much than too little. Although I do know Florida considers your state ID and driver's license the same thing, so I'm not sure if I need to hand in my state ID for the license (or if they just stamp it or whatever). Huh, I was not aware of that, though I guess I'm not too surprised. We do have a penchant for getting screwed over by big dick billionaires. Here here! That would be so much better for the environment. I feel your pain, man; this really sucks. But hey, I'll get back with you once I start driving and let you know how it turns out for me.

Confession: I desperately want to avoid getting my driver's license, but I can't keep putting this off. College starts again in about a month and I no longer have anyone available to drive me there. I'd much rather take a bus, but sadly the nearest stop is right at my destination. Guess I just need to suck it up. Doesn't help I need to take a 4-hour safety course to get a damn permit in Florida.

Yay, I rolled a Herc! And just when I was wanting to try a berserker out. Also managed to get all the lighters to MLB Kintoki before the event ended (got him to NP4 too). Actually wasn't as hard as I thought it would be thanks to Eurydale, Jalter, and Shiki supports. Now I just need to stop being lazy and farm more leveling mats.

The only 2 that really catch my attention are Satsuriku no Tenshi and Happy Sugar Life. I think I'll try out Sunoharasou no Kanrinin-san also since I haven't watched anything from Silver Link in a while, and the protagonist is pretty cute too. I'm pretty stoked to see Okamoto Nobuhiko voice a psycho killer again in Satsuriku no Tenshi; seriously, his voice was made for roles like these. Not to say he isn't great in anything else, but you know. Happy Sugar Life looks fun, and I'm interested to see where it goes. Even though horror in anime is usually pretty tame, I can still appreciate the aesthetic (horror anime like Tasogare Otome x Amnesia can look absolutely amazing).

I take it no one knew much about rip tides back then? I can understand if the woman who got caught was unaware, but I'm surprised to see the rescue team make the same mistake of swimming against it. As a Floridian, I ended up going to the beach with either of my parents on a near weekly basis when I was younger, so I'm somewhat familiar with rip tides (my parents called it an undertow at the time, which is inaccurate). I've never had to do it personally, but I was aware of them since my mom never failed to repeat her warnings every time we went to the beach. If you do get stuck, you can get out of it a lot more easily if you swim parallel to the shore. Most riptides aren't that long (usually less than 30 feet), so it won't take nearly as much effort as swimming against them. And when you do get out, swim diagonally. Edit: I'm not sure if they do this in any other state with a beach, but I know the news stations here in Florida will give a rip tide risk assessment (low, medium, high, etc) along with the weather forecast. Might be worth your time to check those out.

I tried swapping out Ushiwakamaru for Benkei, and I just barely got her down, lol. Her 3-turn aoe nuke is kinda mean. And since I lost Mash a little too quickly, I only had one evasion buff to keep Benkei alive. >.< Yeah, Ushi was a terrible idea. Liz doesn't have guts yet since I only ascended her once (I don't have the mats for another just yet), but the def down and aoe atk buff was useful. I wasn't sure if Fuma was the right choice since quick cards don't synergize well with Liz, and Benkei had better stats for his level. Thankfully I'll have Raiko available for the last round.

Eh, that does sound like a hassle, imo. Not sure I can be bothered to do that every time I wanna switch devices. I kinda wish I'd known about this before I upgraded my phone (the old one wasn't able to play FGO). But that's alright, I still get a decent amount of usage time before my battery dies out, and I doubt I'll be playing this game as obsessively once I stop leveling up frequently. The issue here is that I don't even get the option to use non-event supports, and those supports are kinda hard for me to use (I can't faceroll with them). But then again, I've only been using one support, and I was completely ignoring affinity (maybe I should stop being a blockhead and start paying attention to this stuff). Actually, now that I think about it, I'm probably shooting myself in the foot using Ushiwakamaru against an assassin, lol. Maybe Musashibou would be a better alternative... Sadly, that is something I definitely do not have. I really can't see myself spending any amount of money on regular gacha due to how little you get back from it, so I think I'll just hold off on spending money until there's a guaranteed 5* summon.

Well, considering it cost me $700 in the simulator to get this guy... Yeah, I guess it is lol. Made a lot of progress today thanks to @TheUnknownMercenary's Jalter. Seriously, mate, thanks for loaning her out to me! I managed to solo the entire 40 ap berserker/lancer quest with her, which got me a ton of leveling mats for Liz so I could max her out and ascend for the level 50 cap. And since I was getting profile levels like crazy due to the high level requirement, I never ran out of energy to spam. In fact, my phone ran out of battery power long before I ran out of energy to use in game, lol. Kinda makes me wish there was a PC version. >.< Either way, I had fun. I finished the first singularity today and got to spend a little bit of time with the event, although it feels like I'm still far from ready to do anything more here since I can't make it to the 3rd oni (really wish I could use a carry here). But that's all right, I don't expect to clear stuff like this right away. Since I don't quite have all my slots filled in, I think I mainly need to focus on quartz farming.
