its simple for me if the story or characters were intriguing to me and kept me entertained i consider it good, but if it kept me wanting more and thinking about it for hours after i finished it, then thats a great novel.

this is the same reason superman is not engaging, he has damn near every power you can think of in some form or another and his only flaw is the rarest mineral on the planet? it don't take a lot to be a hero when thats the case, there's no true danger no real sacrifice you pay to be the hero. frankly even his writers realized this with time and added his weakness to magic and his ties to loved ones being used against him just to keep it interesting as well as retconing some of his more bizarre powers.
the point im making is when you give a single protag too many solid good features and lil to no negative features he becomes boring, predictable,and hard to relate to or invest in. humans have always loved the underdog, the disenfranchised and heavily flawed over the perfect character since them winning or loosing feels like a greater impact.
as a exorcise ask your self, what is more intriguing watching a child born to a old money wealthy family continue his legacy or a poor migrant child work his way to becoming a self made billionaire?

i hate the fact i know the large majority of who i am screams to hurt people, break things, destroy all i can and then walk away 1 know its wrong for a person to be like that but what i hate is that even though i know its not right i cant bring my self to hate it. id rather not be that way or at least it be acceptable to openly be that way. yet i cant hate it cuzz besides my wife and son i cant see other people or things really of any solid worth.

Yeah, no, that's seriously it. I just wanted to make a thread so we could all bask in the glow of capitalism and consumer culture. Can you imagine what the room of the guy who buys this thing is going to look like? Odds are every inch of everything is wallpapered with pictures of Cyan, his bedsheets and pillows and all have her on them, and I'm pretty sure the guy himself will dress up as Cyan all the time and refer to himself as Cyan.
For $25,000 I'm pretty sure you could pay a woman to dress up as Cyan and sit around your house all day for a few months. A real actual human. Is this thing even poseable? I'm sure at least one person is going to buy it thinking 'oh man there's only gonna be 3 of these things, in a few decades it'll be worth a fortune!' but they are incorrect because no one is ever going to pay more than $25,000 for the privilege of owning an overly-expensive life-size plastic figure.

no i was not here when the forum was smaller, i don't really see a lot of immature posts <maybe cuz i don't frequent this part of the forum> and compared to the old forum I used to frequent it's not nearly as bad
I honestly can't see it you're way, so what if you start a topic and someone comes in to troll and tell bad jokes <i myself am sure guilty of telling bad jokes>, as long as the old members are there to keep the conversation rolling along it shouldn't be a problem, so what if someone gives an inexperienced opinion, or goes of on a tangent, or just says something really stupid, is it really that bad having to reply and explain to them? is it really that bad to have a real argument with someone, to explain each others point of view?
so there are trolls, trolls will come sooner or later anywhere you go on the internet, so there are immature people starting posts and going on and on about stupid sh!t, nobody's forcing you to live with them, it's like in school, even tho you learn in the same class i don't think anyone is forcing you to like one another
then again i'm an idiot who spends all of his time alone hiding from the world in front of the computer, what do i know
first everyone knows trolls are gonna happen that don't mean you have to bend over and grit your teeth and take it. secondly the idea the old members will counteract new members is inherently flawed the amount of newer members vs veteran members here is staggering and only growing larger in divide. you cant seriously expect a couple handful of active old guard members to clean up and keep on track the posts of hundreds of new people.
also correct me if im wrong but im pretty sure no one is saying heated debate or argument of issue is being frowned upon after all what do you think is happening in this thread?
and im only butthurt cuzz i accidentally sat on my sons pez dispenser.

its a cute girls doing cute things cutely show the settings pretty much not important. i mean the setting lightly affects the type of shenanigans they will get in to but its not a driving force of the genre.

when i play games i almost always listen to one of my playlists that i made for the purpose of playing to game too. with some games if i like the sound of the ost i will listen to that instead but its rare. so what about you guys do you only use the ost? or do you play your own music? do you have a preference? if you use your own music what kind do you usually play as you game?

i don't currently have any otaku shirts or jackets my shoulders are a 57 so finding shirts would have to be a 3 xl and i never find any that are in that size. i had some custom t shirts with H art on it when i was younger but frankly i don't think that would be a good way to present my self now that im a father.

Trying to guess if my bus will be late or not, and risking either having to walk ~5-8 minutes to catch a second one or missing both entirely and not going to school. Dat adrenaline rush when you miss the bus followed immediately by swear words and panic. Closely followed by sitting next to someone on the bus that is obviously mentally unhinged and wondering if it's safe to be sitting near them.

. You have to at least watch two or three more episodes before you pass a sentance. The first episode is radically different from the rest of the show.your right the first episode of the show totally gives off a different tone and mood then the rest does also i like yoko and aya too

i didn't see it mentioned so i will of course have to do so, if you haven't seen nhk ni youkoso you really should and even better read the manga and light novel as well they all have variations on the story and in terms of how they differ, light novel is without a doubt the darkest , then the manga , then the anime. very good if you happen to be one for self isolation .

the neck issue could be solved with raising the cloth line of the shirts collar, the cat looks great and you can recognize L immediately. besides the lil skew in perspective from the neck and possibly the ear shape its very good. id even say its better then i can do so keep encouraging the artist they do have skill they are just a lil rough in this one piece.
