  1. I've already forgotten. Maybe that's for the best. Ok, clearly you need to to restart this one from the beginning. So I expect another 24 hour self-mutilation going through all of common and Kotori. Get to it.
  2. I did notice that demo for XBLAZE: code embryo, on the PSN store. I will definitely support that with a buy when it comes out.
  3. *Holds the ctrl key to skip this argument* Hmm, if only I could also apply this method to the H scenes I don't like. Wouldn't that be magical?
  4. Yeah, I got the official Vita version as soon as it was out. Both voices were there, so naturally its painful to listen to English voices, especially for Monokuma. I'm very happy to see this though, can't wait for the sequel!
  5. I'd hardly consider expanding your vocabulary and learning another language to be a "waste of time" simply because certain words may not show up in the current work you're trying to get through.
  6. https://forums.fuwanovel.net/index.php?/topic/689-rewrite/ You don't have to wait for any pop up message at the end for Shizuru, you can just jump into it. Follow the walkthrough if you're having trouble.
  7. I work Thursday nights too. Dammit Bats, work around my schedule, the lemon commands!
  8. How anticlimactic... Where are the lasers and explosions I was promised?
  9. Least favorite route. I'll be working anyway, like every Friday night.
  10. *checks watch* So, out of idle curiosity....
  11. My problem is I tend to skip over fighting whenever possible, which always leads to me being seriously underleveled. This is true for most RPG's that I play. I really have to make a conscious effort not to avoid battles at every opportunity. I still remember so little of where I was in 3 that was giving me trouble, it was back when it first came out. My biggest issue with Suikoden is the nonexistent personalities behind the many different characters, which I guess can't be avoided when there are SO many. Not that it stops from being enjoyable, because it sure as hell was. Loved watching the home base expand as I got further along...
  12. Excellent background noise while I worked on stuff. Yoshino song took too long to get to. 24 hour streams are so rediculous. Sleep is precious and wonderful. All of these are facts.
  13. Gotta be honest I still haven't beaten the 3rd game. Other than the horrible pair fight system that made me want to skip combat altogether, this is probably because I always try to do them all in a row: Beat Suikoden 1, move on to 2, move on to 3... suffering from some fatigue at this point. I know I've gotten near to the end, and reached a boss that was difficult and would have required some grinding... never came back to it. Didn't even make it that far on the next attempt. Next time, I'm just gonna start right into the 3rd game so I can move past it and try the others in the series. Also, dropped series' still get picked up again sometimes. SOMEONE still owns the rights out there... somewhere...
  14. Oh yeah, love Suikoden. I got number 2 for the PS a while back, it was expensive compared to the first game, about 70 bucks. And it was fairly old by this point (I played it on PS2).
  15. Regardless of whether you might prefer the anime or VN, if you're already in the middle of the anime you should just finish it. If it interests you after that, play the VN. I enjoyed both immensely, even if I preferred the anime adaptation (going against general rule of thumb).
  16. I've already made delicious lemon pancakes... what the hell am I supposed to do with them now!?
  17. If this requires inside knowledge of LoL, then boooo.
  18. Is that... Latin? LOL The co-worker would have easy access to the account from the 'remember password' feature on the laptop. He changed it while in the truck.
  19. May we ask some simple clarification questions? The time of the crime (and the crime itself) is not a red truth, which could potentially mean it was made up. Just hoping for an additional red truth to move past that... unless you CANT. DUN DUN DUN.
  20. I remember going the Nagisa route right off the bat, too. You might not have 'played wrong', but Nagisa's end doesn't unlock until you're done with other routes. Once you finish the other routes, this scene should change, and not end the game as it does.
  21. I play pretty much every night. Lots of fun to be had.
  22. Honestly, if you're not the kind of person that can appreciate paradox (Umineko is stuffed with that) and the fact that everything doesn't wrap up in a nice little package for easy consumption, Umineko probably is not for you. It's the kind of tale that spurns a lot of thought and debate as to what is "truth" is, and does it even matter in the end if the result is the same. Ever see/read "Life of Pi"? Yeah, not really, no. Completely subjective. I can completely understand that Umineko is not going to be everyone's cup of tea. And while Higurashi is incredible, for me the twisted tale of Umineko will stick with me until the day I die.
  23. My PS3 died at the end of the 4th generation in the first game, and I have been getting more and more eager to restart. I really enjoyed it, but in general, tactics combat just isn't for me. I always find it ridiculously hard. But I did get one of the weapon packs in an attempt to make things as easy as possible. I enjoy the whole concept and want to see it through to the end.
