I never liked Amane so I never got very far in her route. I played every route but hers Hence why I won't play her route This is one of the most amazing things I've ever seen, but I'm probably biased since I am as obsessed with nekomimi as Jun is with Loli's OMG that's beautiful. Hey, sorry I missed your request for light hearted VN's, I restarted Harukoi earlier today (after having read Mon's responses to my request for VN's) and have been doing that all day so I missed your posts . I'm currently almost done with Umi's route. As for your actual request: Have you played Wanko to Kurasou? http://vndb.org/v812 wanko to kurasou was one of my favorite games. Lots of dog girl loli's and an abundance of hnnnngggg you should also try Grisaia no Kajitsu (http://vndb.org/v5154). One of the best games ever and all the girls have a good route so there's no fear of being forced to watch your 2D crush murdered

1. Funny Heriones. Heriones like Miyako from Majikoi seem to be rare (by which I mean heriones that actually cause me to burst out laughing) 2. Moe. Several people have said they hate moe. not me, BRING ON THE MOE. MORE NEKOMIMI 3. Nekomimi 4. Cute romance 5. not too dramatic. lots of drama just makes reading a visual novel a chore for me 6. as little jealousy as possible. Jealousy is a dark emotion and i don't enjoy reading about it (be it the main characters or the heriones jealousy 7. H content. Not an excessive amount (unless it's a nukige, but that's different), but it needs to be there. you simply can't get a deep enough romance without it 7. did I mention Nekomimi? No? well then: NEKOMIMI

As Clephas stated, the gameplay is nothing special. For me, the draw of this game is from the combination of a wide variety of H events and Characters with enjoyable story and enjoyable gameplay to pass the time in between (not amazing but enjoyable). Thus there would be little point to an all-ages version of this game. That sounds like a very lukewarm review but that is precisely the type of game I am looking for. If I want fantastic strategy gameplay I'll go play Fire Emblem, If I want a complex emotional story, I'll go play Grisia. But I don't always want that. Sometimes I want nice H, with some story and gameplay sides and Eiyuu Senki provides exactly that. Plus I really enjoy seeing the gender-swapped, reimagined historical figures (yes, i do like the Fate series, how did you know? XD) Rather than an official release I'm hoping for a fan translation that does it secretly and ignores the DMCA. tbh I really have very little sympathy for companies that issue DMCA's to kill fan translations and then refuse to release their game in english themselves (see above for why I don't consider the All-Ages version to be an actual release)

Eika from Ikikoi. Best route in the game and had some of my favorite H-scenes. I also liked all the H-scenes in Grisia that I saw (all routes except Amane)

What I'm hoping for is that someone will be able to translate the 18+ PC version using this release, or that it inspires someone to pick up the dropped translation of it. I'm not sure how possible it would be from a technical stand point, but if someone was able to rip the translation from the PS3 version, then all they would have to do would be to translate the H-scenes and any other small differences. But this may just be me being overly-optimistic because I want to play this game really badly

I have been waiting desperately to play Dracu-Riot since before it came out (I gave it a go with translation software shortly after it was released, but my japanese knowledge isn't quite at the level it needs to be to read it in japanese). I honestly don't care at all about the drama behind the translation project, I just want it to be translated (no matter how that ends up happening). Having said that, I think we should believe the twitter updates about progress since the only alternative is having to face the possibility of never being able to read Dracu-Riot, which is a possibility that is too painful for me to think about. Yandere is never going to finish Majikoi. There are, however, another group of fans translating Miyako's route and the agave route, as well as releasing an uncensoring patch

Yosu, the translation hvnt finished yet, but i wontpick it up. I love sora n sora onlehhhhhh(her cv is the same as amane in grisaia btw) Harukoi.....all the route r so-so...seriously,for fav char is umi(her vc is sakakibara yuki, one of my fav) pero....well yeah, but after played it fora while i dont mind the arts. Quar, i prefer quar than pero. Its more about music n theres a tsunpechapai for heroine. Oh guess wht, the protag's vc is Takahiro sakurai Ef, yeh pretty much~~~~~~ Galaxy angel, who cares bout hscene, i'll do anythin for Ranpha. hmm I don't think I'll be playing A Profile as for H-scenes, they are essential. without them the main character will never be able to truly emotionally connect to the heroine, at least not to the same deep level that properly written H-scenes allow. I think H-scenes are essential to good romance stories
