  1. Fire Emblem: Shadow Dragon is quickly becoming one of these "must-play" games. The strategy is fun and challenging, when you understand the game's mechanics, it becomes even more fun. Knowing that your mistakes could cost your characters their lives makes you think hard about what to do next. And recruiting people is the best part, growing a crew, an army, of allies will never stop being enjoyable.

Oh, and this song in it's entirety is greatness itself:

There's no such thing as "must play" video games.

    Everybody has different taste.

Though, if I nominate one, it would be Bastion.

I realize that everyone has different taste, I meant to create a thread where everyone can share their opinion on what "must-play" games are. I also realize that there is no such thing as a "must-play" video game, hence why I have quotation marks. By "must-play", I mean games that a particular person enjoyed and would strongly recommend to others. Not that the person must play them, but simply that another loved it and would like for them to play it.

  3. What are some games you've played that were so good, you'd recommend them to almost anyone? This is sort of a recommendation thread where you explain why these games are such a masterpiece and why they are "must-plays".

I don't personally have any games that I'd call must-plays or masterpieces, but I do have a few I enjoy that I'd urge others to play. Namely the Ace Attorney games (mostly to those that have never heard of it, since pretty much everyone I know knows about them), because of it's well thought out and intricate mysteries, along with it's comedy sections and a healthy helping of drama. Catherine, for it's moral choices, more-than-meets-the-eye story and challenging puzzles. And the Hitman series, for it's excellent stealth mechanics and (mostly) non-linear level design.

Basically, what are some games that you've enjoyed thoroughly, and why did you enjoy them so?

I write dark fantasy stories mixed in with some sci-fi and adventure elements.

Oh, cool, I like pretty much anything fantasy. I look forward to reading your works.

Personally, I think you should not play ANYTHING with a guide, unless you are stuck.

Same, that's my philosophy in games. I never use a guide until I'm absolutely, positively stuck, so stuck, that I've been trying to figure it out for the past 30 minutes to an hour.

I played Corpse Party after I had seen a few playthroughs of it, so I'm not sure if I would've used a guide or not. I'd say don't use a guide, because of spoilers as well as because you lose a sense of accomplishment and other such things.

I regret my decision to move to the US entirely after finding out all foods (with the exception of a random soft pretzel place i found) are absolute garbage. I should have moved to Europe where i could have spent the rest of my days jiggling @atorq's melonous funbags. Maybe i'll drive to canada and see what @Flutterz is up to

Funya's right, if there's any food that's good in the US, it's definitely pizza. I'm sure you've probably heard that New York has the best pizza places around. You could go there, or try and find a lesser-known pizza place, they might have better pizza than your usual Dominoes, Pizza Hut and DiGiorno.

Confession: Today I just finished all route in rewrite including Moon and Terra

my friends told me before feel/saddest route is Terra But I don't feel anything with Terra route

i'm the one weird here or my friends? Or I just missing something? :michiru:

For me feel trip Kotori route last part Kotori parents hit me like truck :komari:

I wouldn't say the Terra route was the saddest per say, it's more like a really long journey you went through and this is the final trial. There are feels, it just depends on the person whether they feel them or not.

By the way, what do you actually want/need with the application? Like, is it only to check out the voice, or do you want/need to know anything?

Not really. I kind of just added that because. I was a little tired when I made it, so it seemed like a good idea at the time. I just thought it'd be cool.
