I think this is agenda pushed by globalists, and not limited to English. In Finland Mikael Jungner just called for huge language reform to conform to refugee's broken Finnish. Translated article.

The difference here is that English is actually a global language whereas Finnish is understood and spoken by less than 6 million, i.e. not a global language as I'm sure many Finns will be surprised to hear. And it's not like Finnish couldn't use a good reform to make it simpler to learn and use.

  2. For a forum dedicated to Chinese slideshow porn games, people sure are conservative here. I don't see any reason to to why hentai couldn't be art just as any piece of shit can be considered art by some pretentious asshole, however, as pointed out here already, if you are going to present something as controversial as that you need to have a very good presentation with solid arguments. That aside, your teacher sounds like an asshole.

  3. What made you want to study the vastly inferior field that you do study? And why do I feel like I have come across the answer to this question already? And what is love? And what's the biggest dick in the whole north pole? And why will there always be another and? And why am I still writing this? And still? And I'll stop now? Or will I?

    And yes I will. Probably.

    And maybe not

And why is this not as good of a shitpost as I wanted it to be?

Well you kinda can, I've seen plenty of that. And the question is, which one matters more to you, without any regard to objectivity.

And I answered that I find them equally important, if I don't like the writing, I skip, if I don't like the plot, I skip. Writing can ruin an interesting plot, but writing can't save a dull plot. And vice versa.

Actually, those are the laptops I have mostly narrowed my selection down to. I have just done a lot of research on the Lenovo Yoga and Dell XPS. Of those two I am more likely to get the Dell XPS. You recommended Spectre X360, is there any reason for that? I haven't much looked into this one yet.

It's the only one I have personal experience from, I bought it last year and ended up choosing it over the XPS (there was no Suface Book at this point and for some reason I ruled out Lenovo) for a number of reasons, full aluminum body, touchscreen available at a lower price (might have changed this year), supposedly better keyboard and better availability, for some reason almost no one sells Dell here anymore. Overall I would say I'm happy with my choice, but it hasn't been without it's faults. After about half a year of use one of the hinges got loose, would most likely have been just one screw that needed tightening but I ended up sending it in anyway. Smooth and quick process but the adjustment of the hinge was done so poorly that I ended up opening it up by myself anyway to adjust it.

The ridiculously large touch pad is mostly nice, almost Macbook nice, to use but the right click area is way too small. The keyboard is very nice, perhaps the best laptop keyboard I have used. The touch ends up getting utilized way less than it could, but it's definitely a nice feature to have and can be more useful with a pen if you for example need to write down a formula.
