Other question...The Banks in general know where, and what you buy?.

Because if they dont know what i buy,is not problem at all if i buy digital, right?.

I read somewhere in the forums that because Digital is safer..

Why Digital if safer than DVD buy?.

Banks will definitely know your transaction history, but in most cases they have no incentive to report you to authorities or in general break the confidentiality behid your payments, unless you do something super-shady. Postal services on the other hand might actively look for smuggled or illegal material, especially if they're government owned. There's also custom services that often have authority to inspect anything you order from outside of your country. So yeah, digital purchases are in reality controlled less than physical ones and thus safer.

Also, your internet provider "knows" what you download, what porn you watch etc., unless you use some special precousions. They simply have no reason to log that information or do anything against you, because you're a paying customer. Banks are similar, they want your money and will only screw you over if it gives them additional profit. :P

Yes,because i view a lot of Hentai, kinds like, blowjob, deepthroat, vore, monster girls rape, reverse rape, yuri, traps, femdom, and download a lot of pirate games, and even Visual Novels Eroge like Fate SN,Tsumihime,Euphoria, and Sono no Hanabira, download anime series full, all pirate and never happen anything...

I think that Bank can be the same as the Internet Provider, but i never tried buy Eroge digital,so im not sure if is safe.

But,yes, never i have problems based in the hentai that i view,or the Eroge that i download,or games,or anime, pirated in general...

So i think that Buy a legal Eroge would be the same...I think,at least...

What you recomend me to do?.

Like I've said, you should be fine buying digital copies, I would recommend it much more than buying physical ones.

If you keep pirating stuff, there's even smaller chance of anyone noticing, but in both cases risks are rather minimal.

There is pretty much always a risk in regard to content that breaks the obscenity laws, whether it is just watching something online, buying something online or importing something. The less regulated the area the lower the risk. Internet provider gets no gain from looking through all your data other than potential blackmail material, something that is unlikely to be used unless you become rich or important in politics. Banks have less data to look through to find something and therefore purcheses are a bit more risky, however unless the government is pushing them to look for these things they have no insentive to bother unless it seems very shady. Physical goods however are checked by the postal service and thus if the person checking it see something they think is illegal they might look more into it and you can get charges. Publishers like Mangagamer often have tame covers where loli characters do not appear in sexual situations to counter this, ofc this only decrease the chance of it being picked out as questionable content and will not make it 100% safe.

Atleast this is how I think the situation is.

Thanks for repeating exactly what I wrote a few posts earlier. :D

the bank can see exactly what you see in the transaction hystory of your card. If the police starts to investigate you for other matters (for example if you'll became a suspect of drug tracking, fraud, etc.)the could in theory ask the payment processor all the details of your purchase, but I'm pretty sure they won't bother to check all the random small internet transactions people makes in your country, that would be crazy and completely pointless, trust me.

I am from Brazil and never had such problems (bought a few games from Mangagamer and Denpasoft), but then again, prostitution itself is legal here (but pimping isnt, so our laws tecnically protect freelance prostitutes :P ) and we really dont care about porn.

Honestly, i feel like people can become way too paranoid with this stuff, the chances of you getting into trouble with this are less than getting yourself involved with a plane crash on a flight travel.

Trust me, there are far "worse" illicit things that also get a free pass within Paraguay (and brazil as well), like smuggling (of all kinds, including PC hardware).

Here is a legal hole..i think that in the capital is forbiden since 2013,the prostitution but only in the capital, and in 2016 the  ¨sexual workers¨ solicited law to protect them from discrimination...

The gobernment for example,is acosed by the ONU to acept Gay Marriage and things like that, but denies,everytime...but i think that they sell porn in the street...

When i have like 14 years,i search pirated pokemon movies in the street, and they have only porn movie for example...

But,my Bank is a private Bank, and this is a legal hole...so i think i am safe,al least before they forbiden this thing,if they forbiden porn,or

allowed this for once and all, because is a legal hole...i search legal papers in internet, like constution.etc, and search porn, and similar themes here, and

only say that child porn is forbiden, but dont say anything of normal porn...

And sex cases with 16 years until 18 is legal, but not before 16 or after 18,in case of young people, because is a bunch

of crazy teenagers who want sex...and in this cases is legal.

This thing can help me in the context of the novel...in a part,at least.

But like say is a legal hole...so im safe now at least,i think...

As far as i am aware, yes, porn is legal here.

I mean we do have a few official brazilian porn studios here (inb4 snarky brazilian shemale porn comment, yes i reckon the industry here is mostly known for that kind of porn)0.

I havent looked up if hentai and the japanese stuff is legal or not, but i am almost 100% sure theres no distinction between it and other kinds of porn.

Little factoid i got reminded of, the bakery/grocery store that i used to walk by everyday during my school years had playboy (and other brands as well) magazines on display on its front entrance, despite said bakery only having a very small stand of readable material on sale (mostly newspapers and comic books). :P

I think Playboy exist also here, but the law dont say anything,in favour or against,of normal porn, think.

Here a Spanish Paraguayan Page when this got anounced.

http://www.ultimahora.com/paraguay-tendra-su-propia-edicion-la-revista-playboy-n821651.html

And i search Playboy Paraguay, even exist Miss Playboy Paraguay,is called Johana Rodríguez.

https://teleshow.paraguay.com/johana-rodriguez-deja-sin-aliento-en-sesion-para-playboy.html

But it dont know exactly the real Legal Status. For what i search, and know is a legal hole.

With this much info i am pretty sure that is a legal hole.If they permit Playboy Magazine, have no sense to not permit hentai VN,except if they are truly verified Loli or Shota.

Violated Hero dont say the Protagonist Age,and Dies Irae,is probably Legal for what is search. So i am to buy this, and like you say they dont

even are going to investigate this...is a legal hole. So,is not legal, nor ilegal,is like ask a Identification in Country Border for mosquitoes ,at least in my country.

So,at least theorically i am not going to have problems, only if i buy verified loli or shota hentai, who not interest me.
