I'll add Soushinjutsu 3 (maybe the others too, only played the third), it has lots of sex but a decent-ish plot, too. Sharin no Kuni, Himawari no Shoujo (one of the main characters, sort of the main villain, is extremely manipulative and an absolutely great character all around). Euphoria maybe? Not so sure.
