Fate, Unlimited Blade Works, Heaven's Feel. It's the best version available, and Beast's Lair patched the 18+ content back in, as well as the existing translation by Mirror Moon. Those games were removed from sales since Q1 or Q2 2014, not to mention Realta Nua never received a physical release in Japan so wether you have a japanese address or not changes nothing. Realta Nua on PC have always been digital only and exclusive to amazon.co.jp, which were removed from sales back in 2014. So yeah, your only hope is to download the game from somehwere on the internet and apply the patch from Beast's Lair patch (either the version with 18+ content and Vita content or simply an english patch for the vanilla PC version of Realta Nua). First the original version of Fate/Stay night has been retconned since Realta Nua came out, it's been replaced by Realta Nua which is the canon Fate/stay night now (not to mention the superior one), not only that but the english patches released in 2014 on Beast's Lair won't even work with this version, they work with the PC version of Realta Nua. Beside that, these linked versions used copies of Fate/stay night have been released more than 10 years ago, most of them are on CD instead of DVD and they might have compatibility issues with newer computer builds. Like the PS2 version or the PS Vita version. The reason is also because you won't be getting any voices if you buy any of the PC versions. I want a copy of the original game whether it be the 10th anniversary edition or not. I want it to say I have the start of one of the most renowned series of all time. Now this has been cleared up already, but it could've been avoided if you would've read the previous replies and would've come into the conversation with a better attitude.
