All the furigana that shows up is randomly jumped up into the sentence because nothing seems to be able to texthook it with the latest patch (that you need if you want to avoid bugs that end just as the final boss starts, etc). And the plot is among the most complicated in all of eroge, you will probably not understand any of the intricate things that actually make it so good. Not to mention its also 4.68MB of text and contains quite a few infodumps about differences of AI, Cyberpunk terminology, etc etc etc.

Yeah, uh, from what I can understand/have been told it's selling a hilarious amount on steam, so... well, not much to say. You should make a Briah/Atziluth (whichever you prefer) style chant with the 渇望 of "I wish all the world to know of Sakura Spirit" in honor of Dies being delayed by your shenanigans.

Most people find it an extremely mediocre romcom with terrible characters that barely anybody likes. It sounds harsh but thats the jist of it.

Congratulations on speaking about a 'watered down' version of a game you've never even played. Firstly: Name me one game where you could patch it to have full frontal 10 minute, multiple porn scenes. There is absolutely nothing like that on Steam. Are you seriously going to try and tell me that putting Grisaia on the biggest digital distrubution gaming software in the world won't increase sales at all? Grisaia isn't supposed to sell 100k, but it'll sell more on steam than anywhere else. That isn't something that can be argued. It has a better chance on steam than anywhere else. Are you the fucking core community now? If anything I've seen a 50/50~ ish split for people who are for all ages and against it, most of the time because people think that the game is just getting its H-scene's hacked off ala kono-sora. Which isn't true at all. Grisaia's status as a game isn't harmed by the removal of H-scenes, and being on steam if anything only opens the avaliability of it. There is no harm done to Grisaia or to it's future sales if it goes on steam. So what is your argument here?

I'm not sure what the point of you saying that was, but okay. Grisaia absolutely gains more by being on steam. That isn't arguable. Saying that "advertising it to a gigantic population doesn't matter because it's niche." Is just wrong in more ways than I can think of. Grisaia's "integrity" will not be harmed. It's based off an official release made by the original creators, with added stuff, removed H-scenes. Have you played Grisaia? If you have, you should know all the sex is basically pointless outside of some of the humor involved in 2 of the routes.

This has more CG's and extra scenes. It's just missing porn that really doesn't do much in Grisaia at all besides a few jokes. Also you are insane if you think Grisaia being on steam doesn't help. The amount of people that use steam is insane, this is absolutely the best way to get it out to as many people as possible. That is 100% False, steam would immediately pull it off. Well, I finished Dies Irae. Rea's route was so nuts, I have no idea what happened there. Im definitely gonna need to reread that later down the line, preferably when my japanese is better. Anyways, the game was as great as I'd expected, I loved how much characterization it did at pretty much all points. I don't really regret doing Kasumi's route either, as it gave the game a nice feeling of ramping up (the final boss order and how Ren slowly advances ranks) so. I need to level up a bit more before I do KKK.

Uh, if you think Yuuji doesn't have any weaknesses you haven't been paying very close attention to the game, sorry to say. Yuuji is the most broken person in that school. Anyways, Michiru's seiyuu managed to do a pretty good job with her I think, but I can't say I liked her that much for awhile either. I liked her ALOT more in her AF in Meikyuu and in part's of her route, where it's less about the whole tsundere thing.

I guess Kyou's part is okay, but other than that I honestly can't say I found anything else that special. AS finally uses the theme of family in a strong way and goes fairly far with it and contains the raw emotional power that the heavy majority of people remember Clannad for. The rest of it I find just normal drama/hijinks I've seen elsewhere done alot better. Either way you'll still have to dig through Clannad for quite awhile before you find something you'll like. It's really just way too big.

For the record, Clannad is extremely bloated, so most of what you're going to read isn't going to be that great. There are only a couple of them that are actually worth the effort, but you still need the lights. Fuko/Nagisa/After story are the things that make Clannad what it is, imo.

Finished the Ruitomo fandisc and am currently playing the main games OP on repeat until eternity. Not sure what to play next, honestly. Dies? Part of me kinda wants to play Muramasa? Finish the Grisaia series? Ahhhh too many eroge to play

The order doesn't really matter that much, but I'd recommend ending it on Makina and/or Amane's. Imho those are the highpoints of the writing and transition the best from the common route.

I have the fandisc already ready. Got told that it's basically not a fandisc, its a sequel. The plot (original game spoilers) I basically love the game as much as i love Asairo (which is saying more than words can express) and I want to rate it really high, but the text is pretty jerky and some other weird things. I may just rate them together when i finish the FD.
