I- Its not like I wanted more moes or anything.

Now that I have you attention...... My account recently got a name change so I'm here to re-introduce myself. Some of you (oh who am I kidding, hardly any of you) would have known me simply as Alex. There are two reasons why I requested a name change. Firstly, I will soon be starting a video review show for vns (in fact, I have already done a written review under this name) and will be working under the pseudonym Nimbus so I figured it was best that my Fuwa account matched up with it. The second reason goes a little further. I recently listened to Tay and OriginalRen's pod-cast "Man Behind the Curtain" and I was blown away by it. Hearing these prominent Fuwanovel members talk about their stories, their drives and their feelings toward the site had a profound effect on me. I thought about my own time here on Fuwanovel and realised that there was so much more that I could do with this community. For the most part I haven't done too much here but that is going to change; I'm going to engage in more discussions, contribute more by assisting with projects and will be the best damn reviewer I can be! Long story short; you'll be seeing me around here a lot more often now. I hope to do what I can to make this wonderful community even better and look forward to interacting. welp, there goes my ability to keep a straight face today.

This is right on the money. I've noticed that I do generally feel this way when a Loli is written well, finding them more cute than attractive and wanting to protect them rather than have romantic relations with them.

In my case the stand-out loli would be Mayuki from Comyu

Before I begin let me just state for the record that I prioritise someone's personality over their bust or looks. With that in mind, lets talk about tits! My taste fluctuates on a regular basis. I generally go for proportionality over all else, if the tits department is too big or is going through a massive recession then it can be a little distracting. There are days were I prefer older characters with big boobs, days were I prefer moe character with small boobs and days where I prefer the small frames of lolis. One thing I do notice is, particularly with moe characters is I find them more beautiful rather then sexy, which in a way makes any H-Scenes with them feel all the more satisfying as I know that both me and the protagonist see them for more than their sex appeal. As for lolis, if I'm perfectly honest it is only recently that I have noticed how cute they are. With this in mind I do still feel a little guilt from finding them attractive as I don;t want to be branded a pedofile or anything like that. I'll probably stop feeling this eventually but I figured it was worth noting.

The way I usually go about common routes (in your average five heroine vn) is I will play through the first one, skip the second time, try and fail to read through the third time, skip the fourth and finally, wait a while before doing the final route then read all the way through that.

I personally haven't had too much of a problem with the translation. Yes, Ageha's route was a mess (that's putting it lightly) but other then that I've had a really good time with it. I guess I'll have to pay closer attention in what routes I have left (Asa and Yoru's). I've actually just been looking through some examples of how bad that translation is and I'm starting to see where everyone is coming from in terms of the common route.

I quite enjoyed the mini-games, they helped to break up the monotony of the earlier chapters.
