Yeah, funding is the problem. The DVD and BDs didn't sell very well for it, and it wouldn't be the first time this studio just dropped an anime like this, other example being Mondaiji-tachi, which also didn't sell well and hasn't been heard about anime wise in nearly 3 years.

Forgot to reply to this after doing the math. This event is about 45% higher than usual for cutoffs. Not as bad as the worst event though, which was about 52% above the average cutoff (The Snow Umi event)

Most LN adaptations are mediocre, but they at least follow the storyline. Mahouka kinda doesn't, and it also adds a lot of pacing issues on top of that, which leads to it ending in the worst possible place. But I think the premise of the story itself is already a big enough flaw to not consider it a great show. You always know what's going to happen, you know Tatsuya will overpower his enemies every single time, and not in a One-punch Man kind of way. Imagine Kirito, except overpowered in real life and with an even bigger harem, that's Tatsuya. But even worse is that Tatsuya basically has no emotions, he's just like "I'm prince charming and I can do literally anything", and it gets stale quickly, especially with the anime's pacing. And above all else, a majority of the show is attempting to explain why he's that awesome, and taking it very seriously, and it just doesn't work.
Also in general it's just not a very fun anime to watch because the battles are really boring and have no polish to them. Most of them are over in 2 minutes because Tatsuya just overpowers everyone who was initially underestimating him (I'm not exaggerating, that's what happens every time). They literally build up all this tension and drama because they're "about to lose" and "what are they gonna do now!?" and then Tatsuya just steps in and people are still worried, and then he just wins and all that tension is gone. And just when you think it's about to get good, the anime ends.
I mean, I guess you can find some enjoyment if you just like seeing overpowered characters, but Tatsuya is not a good way to bring that trope out in my opinion. I had way more fun watching Hagure Yuusha no Aesthetica because the protagonist in there exhibits charisma out of every pore of his body. Tatsuya is just a price charming with little to no personality.
I think in this particular case the novels are vastly superior, if not only for the pacing. Yeah the premise is still iffy, but at least it's easier to put up with, but even then Mahouka's characters are just not that good.
Pretty much every reason I dropped the anime. It was just boring.

Kaguya used a Miyuki avatar here at one point, I'm assuming you at least know of Durarara. Lastly, Loli Basketball is alright, if you're into lolis

Out of that list, I've watched all of SAO, OreImo, Accel World, Railgun, Black Bullet, Shana, Toradora. Saw S1 of Durarara and Ro-Kyu-Bu, first half of Mahouka, and only the first arc of Strike The Blood.
The best out of the ones you bolded is definitely Durarara, though, I really loved OreImo (until the ending ONAs... why... why... just why.....)

- The members will be added to premium recruitment
- There will also be a new main story for the Aqours cast, which is unlocked through assignments instead of rank
- The story and cards will all be full-voiced!

µ's and Aqours switching function
- On the live, story, and recruitment menus, a button will be added to switch between µ's and Aqours
- Not only will this affect what's shown on those menus, but it will also change the characters that show up on the login bonus and download screens

- This new rarity will be in between SR and UR
- The card designs are also being revamped!

I just search "star>5.0", hit random, and play whatever I feel like, Not caring about the difficulty (unless it goes above 5.6, then it's just too hard.) I end up clearing a lot of 5.3-5.4 songs easily but I'll never ever FC anything because my consistency is just too trash. I'll miss some easier stuff but hit the cross screen jumps
Speaking of hands, my left hand has been cramping up for some reason while playing, don't really know why. Doesn't even have to be hard stuff, it will cramp for what feels like no reason.

I feel like that every day. I generally have 2-3x more plays than any of my friends that are higher rank than me. It just feels like no matter how much I play, my progress is just a snails pace if at all.

I need to finish the anime still, only made it through epinside 7 so far. I believe that episode was taken directly from Re;Birth 3, so maybe I should compete that game before continuing... Still in Chapter 5 of that one.

Or maybe it'll just be someone on town, since curses are supposed to be close range magic, and one thing Subaru and Rem have in common is that they both go to the town to shop, so it would make sense if Rem died this episode cuz the shaman decided to curse her instead of Subaru (since he didn't leave the mansion at all, this time). Unless he went to shop with Ram instead and I'm remembering it wrong... which would be a "fruck me" moment.
It was Rem he went with. I was starting to mix up Rem and Ram with having 1 week between episodes so I researched all the scenes with them in the past 3 episodes prior to this week. I noticed he spends more time with Ram over Rem, but earlier, it was Ram discussing with Roswaal about Subaru being a possible spy.
Though useless info anyway since we know it was Ram as she was grieving over Rem's death.

Noire game is a strategy RPG. Don't know anything else beyond that though. Don't care all that much about Noire other than Neptune's constant loner jabs at her, so never bothered looking into it.

I blew 60 seals on both Rin and both Hanayo promo Rs. Stopped playing for a bit though because of the constant transmission errors due to everyone playing for 3.0.

My favorite party member was Falcom, just purely off looks, didn't really care for the human characters much. I remember liking Financier in Rebirth 1 but don't remember much about it.
Also, I should really get to doing Conquest some day. I've been saved at the beginning of it forever now while I slowly slowly slowly work on the final achievement of NepNep1. Currently at 20/100mil Credits

In fact, Manaka winning is why the show made me so upset, not because she was a shit character (although that's part of it I must admit) but because it felt like it nullified everything that had been built up before. It was like "yeah well I still have my undying love for Manaka anyway so fuck you". Out of all the girls in that show, Manaka had the thickest plot armor, and her winning solidified that fact.
Imo the show would have been 10 times better had she stayed dead at the bottom of the ocean.
The reason I hated the drama was because of how angsty it was on top of how safe the story plays it. Manaka winning was the demise of the whole show (on top of the often dragged out drama).
