There's something about VNs with snowy settings (Kanon, DCII, hell, even Yukizakura to some extent) that greatly appeals to me. Hard to say why, but regardless Gin'haru just happens to be a VN with a lot of winter themes, which is great. Also I really like all of the characters. If I wasn't completely biased towards Bethly, I'd have a hard time deciding whose route to do first. The events from my previous post all took place on the first day, and pretty much spanned the entire day. Basically the only thing that happened after was Yuzuki thinking about how nice her brother is, and deciding she wants to start calling him Onii-chan. The next day we find out Momiji is a huge bookworm that likes to read fantasy novels Then later on Yuzuki, Aoi, and Yukito all go visit Mizuha at the ice rink, but she seems to be upset about something (couldn't possibly be that promise the protag forgot, could it? ) After Aoi fangirling hard about Yukito being osananajimis with a famous figure skater, the (much shorter than last time) day ends, but not before Yuzuki does her best The next day we meet Aoi after class, turns out she's pretty genre-savvy Then after a little bit she abruptly drags you into a nearby empty classroom The next day (or maybe not the next day, I kinda lost track of time) we see Momiji suspiciously sneaking into an empty classroom on her own, after a bit of spying and eavesdropping turns out she was practicing a one-man play. Fast forward to more of the flashback with Mizuha, turns out their promise... Of course, Yukito immediately rushes to see her Finally, it's Saturday and Aoi comes to visit Yuzuki first thing in the morning Now, onward to reading!

I've had to restart a bunch of times so far because 1 Tama doesn't do enough damage (because unlike Scat she has 600% NP damage, not 1200% ＢＡＬＡＮＣＥＤ) and by turn 4 Gil can 1-shot with class disadvantage, and I've only ever had Hero gil. Guess I'm just gonna go farm LB Bride CE since not a single support lancer has one Edit: Beat it, I just needed 2 Tamas with LB Bride CE :^) Also turns out if you purge his buff when he's at full NP, he'll Enuma Elish, fill up his NP, and Enuma Elish again in the same turn, which is nice if you have invulnerability anyway since he doesn't re-cast his buff until a turn later. Oh, and I never did get King Gil, not even once.

It's either one or the other

Looks fun, too bad fighting games are about as far removed from the kinds of games I play and am good at as is possible.

I tried Shiki, but when I buffed her with bride CE, 3 50% arts buffs, master damage buff, two servant damage buffs, a servant NP buff, and used her NP5 she only did 20k damage, so I kinda gave up on that idea. New fight is pretty easy though, kill shitty Riders in the first two waves, then kill the 7 or so reinforcement mobs that come with Medb to remove her defense buffs (keep in mind that the last two are casters), ideally have a Jack sitting in the backline for when you've killed all the reinforcements, purge all of Medb's buffs and rape her with Maria the Ripper.

Yeah, cause a decent VN finally came out

Confession: I haven't enjoyed reading a VN as much as I'm enjoying reading Gin'iro Haruka in quite some time. If I wasn't biased towards and dead-set on doing Bethly's route, I'd have a really hard time picking whose route I want to do first.

That's a shame then, surely it couldn't have been that hard to hire someone to check a few hundred English lines.

This fight is pretty rubbish, you pretty much have two choices - have a strong EMIYA with some supports to NP Seig a few times since he's the only archer with an NP that ignores defense, or get some archers with 2 buster cards, add some berserkers (or anyone else really, as long as they have 3 buster cards) and spam buster chains, that way each attack will do at least about 1k damage. Buster NPs in buster chains, buster attacks outside of buster chains, and extra attacks even in buster chains still do no damage though.

If I had to guess I'd say the shirt is just a joke Tronto is pretty bad though.

Yeah, I read your blog, but that's exactly what the flashback looks like so that's what I wrote, even though marriage was never really mentioned. And I know "No Program" was a joke because Yukito corrects her later, so it's not like the writers don't know any better. Oh, and to their credit, they picked a VA for Bethly whose English pronunciation is (relatively speaking) pretty good. Well yeah, that's a hand warmer right? Based on the fact that he had to shake it to get it to work, it's probably a chemical one too.

Everything was going well and as calculated, I spent Illya's CE guts at the first Doom, then sacrificed Waver and later switched out for Iri to sacrifice her as well... I should have put my Medea at the end of the party though, because she came out instead of Mashu, and eventually died, leaving me with no enemy buff purge and 3 servants... Luckily when the time came I procced guts on Illya's heal and shitfucked that stupid Hassan back to the stone age.

I decided that in order to keep track of what I've read, I'm going to write short summaries of what happened in Ginharu. I figured I might as well post them here, someone might find them interesting, and others might flame me for reading SoL garbage. Since I'm a Japanese noob, the reading will be very slow and probably very inaccurate, but it's better than waiting for the TL (ETA 50,000 years). I've read a little bit before today, so here's all that basically happened: Protag's step-mom takes an amazing photo of Yukito and his step-sister Yuzuki They then walk to school together, but rather than not be late Yukito drops his sister off and goes to visit his actual mom at his grandma's coffee shop Then upon being sent to some classroom or another for being late we meet the Canadian transfer student Bethly They can barely understand each other, but eventually Yukito turns the heating on and gets her a chemical heating pad from the infirmary, and he has to explain how it works... to someone from Canada... Upon reaching their actual classroom and giving introductions we meet the person we're sitting next to, Momiji We have a few awkward conversations with Bethly School is over and we go to meet our senpai ice-skating nearly-champion who just came back, Mizuha Last but not least, we meet the super-genki Aoi, Yuzuki's classmate who already became her friend The three of them then go visit Yukito's mom again, and Aoi basically tells her that she was right to get a divorce to follow her dream of becoming a super violinist And that's basically everything that's happened so far, to the best of my (poor) knowledge, time to go read more!

This one was super easy, just bring a few strong AOE NPs and as many damage buffs as you can.

Make sure you read it right

I think フラッタズ is better

All you really need is the Tama and to not have neglected your Kouhai (you did level Mashu's skills... right?), the rest can be literally any damage dealers (ideally one that is arts-heavy like Shiki but you might need Jeanne CE for that to work out) + a support to get you through the golem waves. Like I said, Shiki + Mashu + Tama did like 90% of the work, and two of those servants pretty much everyone should have and the third can be picked up as a support. If all else fails, just grind until you get a bunch of the +100% attack CEs.

Not sure what you're complaining about, I beat it on my first try with an arts team

If the photo is a negative then the golden glow is actually just blue though
