The heroines aren't your standard tsunderes, they seriously all come off as spiteful people that just want to beat the crap out of you whenever they see your face. You are literally considered a cockroach to them and the only time they show hints of love is when they've beaten the crap out of you and then pretend to be "sorry" but just proceed to add insult to injury later on.
I don't know how anyone can lump these girls in the "just tsunderes" category, I legitimately thought this was a VN about bullying when I first read it because that's all the heroines do to the protagonist.
The common route is a hollow shell of nothingness, I don't know why it's there other than introducing the characters and giving you a basic plot to branch off of.
The heroine's routes barely change from the common route because the heroines keep being extremly rude people, way past the "just tsundere" line, they literally come off as hating you at times, not that hate where you can see the love behind it, just pure hate. The game tries to make up for all the shit the heroines have done by throwing them into h-scenes with you where suddenly your japanese chinpo makes them go all sweet and shy (quality writing right here), but I genuinely don't think the pain that comes before that is worth the effort.
I completely agree. The creators of this VN failed spectacularly at trying to make this about tsundere girls loving you, but not knowing how to show it. Well, i won't lump Tane and Tsumugu in with Ryou and Eika though. Tane is pretty sweet and dumb, and Tsumugu is bullying you by teasing you. I don't mind those two so much to be honest.
Yeah but even Tsumugu's teasing goes a bit too far.

Imo the Grisaia series has a lot going for it, the writing was good, the art was top notch the OST is nice as well, While there are definitely series out there that are better, I seldom got bored reading Kajtisu and what I ve read of Meikyuu. These are my thoughts on the matter so take it with a grain of salt.

You aren't missing too much its just a little comedy, like others said the Oppai ending has no actual fan service its just more of a thing they do for the laughs.

She hated them due to the way they handled club registrations Hidaka had to sign up for the club as 2 seperate stuidents And used that against her If I remember correctly its either in Isara or Satsuki's route where they mentiioned it. She was enrolled at the school and club under 2 names one male and one female which is why sometimes you see her in a skirt and sometimes you don't.

Never went for the oppai ending as i really suspect that it's just junk. Was i mistaken? A route based purely on fanservice and nothing more, for me is nothing but junk.
Its similar to muscle sensation in Little Busters just Key being silly, Thats all

Ikikoi is alright, a solid 8/10 the common route is the only route done by Sca-ji (subahibi writer) Tsumugu is cute, Eika is lewd Tamae is ok and Ryou a shit.

I dunno I don't see anything wrong with being interested in this kind of material its not like people who read Guro are going out and raping and killing women, its fiction just like lolis I know that most people who like loli's aren't going to go out and find some small girl irl and do things with her. Should look at it the same way.

Even though it's fiction I do not know if I can accept a person who likes to see such things as a stimulant, I will not be prejudiced, but at the same time also do not want someone so close to me.

I dont know when it comes to reading about sexual violence, it doesn't really bother me, it doesn't turn me on either, but it doesn't bother me, I can't deny that I m at least a little interested in guro. Though I was thinking something more along the lines of Fraternite or Maggot Baits.

I've never met a heroine that I want to punch in the face more than Rikka. Nemu draws a lot from Beatrice from Umineko fame and I am quite okay with this, In all seriousness I enjoyed Euphoria a lot, The extremeness didn't really bother me at all., though I really wish they didnt have that habit of cutting to credit at what seems the most fucked up times.... also Rinne's route what the actual fuck

Whenever anything related to Sekai goes up, the same couple of people always go, "Fuck Sekai" which is rather silly as Sekai Project, despite some faults, is doing good work bringing stuff over officially.

"There's still some scheduling issues on getting all the voice work done so this alpha release will still be voiceless like the earlier demo." still this update was public also just a little delay is ok, i'm fine with that.
- Between may and September they added partial voices and removed it later on without telling anyone, they were claiming this was the full voiced patch (the original ver of the game already have the 30k goal)

We're happy to report that a new patch for the game is currently being uploaded to Steam, once uploaded Steam should update the game with full voice support. We'll be double checking for any missing lines and move towards an actual release." this one is not public anymore... .
This patch was a mess, it was a very old alpha version mostly in japanese...
October 6, yes almost a month later!

The previous update should not have been posted and the update was reverted on Steam.
The information received regarding the status of voices was not double checked by another staff member before it was uploaded as an alpha build.
We will have another update in the future with status of release and when some physical items will be shipping."
This update is also private, they "found out" about their mistake almost a month later, ignoring every comment also they deleted a post on steam forums.
This was their response to my complain oct 6:
"All production work was managed by the circle initially. After September of this year we've taken over. More details will be provided once we've gotten the OK from legal."<--- still not news about anything and the game is in alpha without full voices (they are not answering about this topic)
This is only one of my complains with sekai project.
Its almost like they don't have complete control over things they didn't create or have complete rights to...
I'd be alot less critical of Sekai Project if this wasn't their 9th vn ks in like the span of a year.

I finished Umi's, Sango's and the 3p route and its pretty enjoyable, on Riho now. all in all I'd give it a 7.5/10

While it's unfortunate that it has been delayed, it didn't exactly have a concrete release date to begin with and if all they have left to do is work out the installer, that sounds pretty positive.

I hope this is the right place to go. So i have started playing my very first VN (Rewrite) I absolutely love Key and plan on playing Little Busters or Planetarian next.
Ok, so i'm confused how to go about playing these games properly. They are pretty damn long so it's no fun playing for 20+ hours only to get a bad ending (well, it's a key production so bad endings are a given, but you know what i mean
). I want to try getting all the routes and have seen the walkthrough, but i'm not sure how many of those points for each heroine are essential go get so that i get the proper ending for that heroine. For those who have played this title, should i always load up the game to not follow and save chihaya at oct 6 before advancing with another heroine?
Also looking for general tips and tricks for this title and in general!

Like Narcosis said, be sure to save, and if you want to guarantee you get on the route with the heroine you want, you can use the Rewrite Walkthrough in the Walkthrough section
