  1. 1) - You have made me want to play the VN Salami is from, I hope it's in English.

    2) - That was such a beautiful, intense thrilling story, PLEASE someone make it into a short kinetic VN. That would be amazing.

    3) - I really fancy a salami sandwich now. ^_^

  2. Fantastic work! ^_^

I agree, I like the style and I'm also interested in the story, especially the mental health aspect. I'll hold off from playing it yet though until the official release, but until then I'll keep an eye out! ^_^

Congratz on getting your game released. So, is the 18+ version of this game coming at a later date or is it too being released along with the main game?

And will it be a game sold separately, or a patch applied to the steam game?

I too would like to know the answer to this question. ^_^

I love the art style and the premise, I just added it to my Steam wish-list so I can keep an eye on it and get it when I can. ^_^

Great job and congrats on the official release!

  4. I definitely agree with what Satsuki said, I'm afraid. The Kickstarter is lacking in a lot of key places and didn't stand out much at all compared to other projects in the past, what with custom graphics and more information etc.

You want to make sure you have a full team and maybe even work on your project little in your free time so you have more to show of it to attract more backers.

  5. I'm not too sure if this counts exactly, but it is Japanese... I didn't really want to create a new thread just for this so I hope this is acceptable, as I didn't exactly import it from Japan like the other awesome stuff on here, ahaha! :sachi:

My Blu-ray Collectors Edition of Dragon Ball Z: Resurrection 'F' I pre-ordered ages ago was finally released and came earlier this morning! ^_^

    Spoiler

Growing up as a kid many years ago and rushing home from school pulling my mother along by my hand to make sure I didn't miss the 'next exciting episode of DRAGON BALL ZEEEE!' is one of my most fondest memories. DBZ has always been my favourite because of it, I know it has its annoying flaws and whatnot, and I openly admit I've watched plenty of other anime over the years that are much better, but to this very day it is still my all-time favourite anime because it's just very dear to my heart. It was the first anime I ever watched and I didn't even know it was an anime because I was a small child who didn't know any better.

I've been trying to build up my Dragon Ball collection over the years, I have the original Dragon Ball manga box-set that I purchased during my time at college years ago, it was only £39.99 or £49.99 at the time, and the DBZ manga box-set was £79.99, but I couldn't afford it at the time, and when I finally could, it was out of stock and discontinued, so people were selling their second-hand copies for much more. :(

I still hope I'll be able to purchase the DBZ manga box-set some day and read it. Now I've got the complete collection of Dragon Ball in DVD, both official Blu-ray films and I'm just missing one more season of DBZ:Kai Blu-ray.

I plan on getting all of DBZ on DVD and then I'll be content with my collection, but I'll never feel that it's complete until I get the last box-set of the manga. I also ignore anything GT-related as even watching that as a kid I despised it, and I didn't like any of the non-canon movies because the inconsistency bugged me too much to actually enjoy them. I'm very particular when it comes to canon. ^_^

Literally DBZ is one of only a handful of anime that I watched English dubbed, I tried switching to Japanese when I was at college but I just couldn't get past Goku's high-pitched child voice, and I know how it's a fan-favourite and the voice actress is very well-known and received, but unfortunately I grew up with Sean Schemmel as my Goku, and Goku's voice being realistic and actually breaking towards the end of Dragon Ball made much more sense and believable to me, and I'm very happy with Funimation's dub quality of it. However saying that, I watch all new anime in Japanese regardless of if it has an English dub as we all know that their voice acting quality is always far superior to English. ^_^

I'd like to pick up some awesome Dragon Ball figures from Japan some time in the future, but for now I'm focusing on getting all the official media I want.

    ^Enticing, isn't it? :makina:

Very! So far it's true what everyone says, if you can persevere through the terrible mind-breaking awful stuff, the story is so interesting and really makes you want to know more. Why are they there? Who is behind it all? I can't wait to continue playing some more. ^_^

  7. I personally prefer the official merchandise because that way you're supporting the one who made it, same reason why I'll never pirate a game. If I enjoy a product or franchise, I want to support them because I want them to be able to continue creating the things I enjoy. ^_^

Not 100% sure if you'd be supporting them with unofficial bootleg stuff, I highly doubt it, but that's why I would prefer to go for the official stuff.

I'm sorry for not seeing this sooner, looks like I'm now the one who forgot to reply to your lovely post!  That moe was so cuuute~! ^_^ OMG I want her! Tell me she's from an anime or VN!?

  9. Okay, so I've managed to watch two of the recommended anime and be up to date with them to watch on a weekly basis. They are:

    • Hai to Gensou no Grimgar
    • Boku dake ga Inai Machi

I'm enjoying them both very much, so thank you for recommending them to me. ^_^

The one that has me absolutely hooked right now is Boku dake ga Inai Machi... It's just soooo~ good! :pyaa:

I love a good mystery, and the entire premise of the story is so new and interesting to me. I love how his inner-thoughts are still his 29-year-old self, which really helps bring me into the story more, and I really want love to develop between him and that girl, as weird as that may be; they're still the same age technically!

Words just cannot describe how much I'm into that anime right now, I'm just so committed to the story. And... I already have my suspicions on who the child kidnapper and murderer is...

    Spoiler

I'm looking at you, 'sensei' <_<

I can't wait to start watching and catch up with the other anime you recommended me. ^_^
