  1. Hey there, Forgetful Frank! Awesome. Looking forward to hearing what you think.
  2. Hello, everyone! Dreamgazer here with another free English visual novel. Check it out! Play it here. If you're having trouble downloading it, try here. Length: ~45 minutes Rating: 14+ for sexual themes, mild violence, and blood. Warning: Nothing explicit is shown, but there is one scene of implied sexual assault on a male. To avoid it, never choose "You sided with your best friend" when given the choice. STORY The sun has disappeared from Virgo Island. Hear the story from an elegant lady or a sassy warrioress. Each has their own version of the events that led to the sun's disappearance. Who is right and who is wrong? Uncover the truth behind your plight. Decide whether their tale ends in romance, heartbreak, or even murder. Learn more about their world and the clans that populate it. This game serves as the opening act to Ambrosia's story, a dark fantasy otome/GxB game. FEATURES: ♢ 20+ CGs ♢ Animated Sprites ♢ Highly Interactive ♢ Psychological Twists ♢ Whole New Fantasy World Since this is the opening act, it's a short game, but I poured my heart into every second of it. If you play it, feel free to share your opinion or any questions you might have. I'm always curious to know what you thought of everything - from your favorite character to the story itself. Just leave a comment, e-mail me at [[email protected]], or contact me through any of my social media links. ♢ Facebook ♢ Tumblr ♢ Twitter Enjoy. ♥
  3. Hello, Poinu! Welcome to the forums. I'm also the new kid around the block. (I also like to make visual novels for fun, so if you're ever interested in playing an English one, don't be afraid to let me know!) Also, in response to that poi... Kyun!
  4. Hello, TheGuy21! If you're looking for a heartwarming visual novel, Clannad's pretty popular and definitely heartwarming. Let me get back to you on free recommendations. I should be able to find something that fits that bill. But to be exact, you're looking for something heartwarming and slice-of-life? Or do you just want romantic, heartwarming, potentially bittersweet moments?
  5. Let's see...it happened back when I was first starting out high school. I was writing a fanfic (a crossover of some sort), and I was looking for someone to fill in a certain role. I don't quite remember how, but I remember passing by a "Let's Play" of Fate/Stay Night: Heaven's Feel. I read it, loved it to pieces, and then moved onto Fate/Stay Night: Unlimited Blade Works. I adored that as well, so I then proceeded to Fate/Stay Night. And thus, I finished Fate/Stay Night in reverse chronological order.
  6. Beatrice makes Umineko worth playing a hundred times over. Ooh, nice selection. When I think of Clannad, the dango family instantly springs to mind. You have a favorite character? For me, that'd be Kohaku from Tsukihime. Cute but deadly. Hi, SIAS! Even still, I appreciate the gesture. It's nice to know I'm not the only newcomer here. Also, is that an Al-shaped toaster I spy in your avatar? Or am I just reading too deeply into that cutesy-looking face? Hello, Kawasumi! Thanks for the mostly reassuring welcome. I would say more, but your signature is oddly distracting. If I'm reading your signature correctly...how are you enjoying that Maggot Baits game so far?
  7. Hi, Deep Blue! Thanks for playing it. I'm glad to hear you enjoyed it. Haha, yeah, people tend to tell me they think it's different since the endings aren't the ones typically found in visual novels. My goal was to create a simulation, to make you feel like you were in the Death Room. The "endings" I chose for it felt most natural to me. What'd you think of the characters? Ooh, yeah, this game was meant to be played with the mouse. Let me see if I can tinker with the code and change that, though. Thanks for bringing that to my attention! I really liked ambrosia even if she betrayed me at the end (I took my revenge after that and burned her ) I hated Evie because I really can't stand the way she express herself xD overall all the characters were interesting in some way, also the choices were varied and sometimes even funny so it didn't make the replaying a tedious process. I didn't play as a female character. Btw the sound is a little too loud for the special effects, specially the bombs, I use headphones and everytime someone threw a grenade my ears were in pain. Ooh, when it comes to Ambrosia's "betrayal"... I scattered hints of the characters' backstory throughout the game, so if you want to catch em' all, you can use the walkthrough. My bad. I'll have to fix the volume to spare the ears of future players.

  9. Hi, Deep Blue, Nashetania, The Striker, Asonn, Eclipsed, TK8305, and Flutterz! Thanks for the warm welcome. >o< The Higurashi series is my favorite, hands down. What about you? Oooh, that is so adorable! Have a moe back at you:
  10. Call me Dreamgazer. I've been a fan of visual novels for quite some time now. I've always dreamed of making one of my own, so I went ahead and took that leap. I was so excited about having made one that I posted it before making introductions, which is terribly remiss of me. But I'm here now, and I look forward to getting involved in the VN community here.
  11. Hello there! Dreamgazer here, introducing you all to my heart and passion: Death Room. It's my first official project made together with my good friend and co-writer, EdgeofTomorrow. It's a suspenseful thriller with paranormal elements. Plus, optional BxG and GxB treats. Progress? It's been released! You can play it here. If you do, please let me know what you think of it. It's been a pleasure making it, and I'm excited to share it with you all. Extra Information Since there are literally hundreds of choices, it comes with a walkthrough (but beware - spoilers abound). I'm having a fun contest on Facebook. You can name yourself in the game. Name yourself, and take a screen of it anywhere in the game. The cast of the Death Room will judge you on how funny it is. The one with the highest rating will be the winner! You'll receive a picture of the character of your choice in the style of Sexy, Sweet, or Cool. If you have any questions or comments, you can contact me through any of the following: deviantART: askdreamgazer | Facebook: askdreamgazer | Tumblr: askdreamgazer |Twitter: @askdreamgazer | e-mail: [email protected] You can also comment below, and I'll be happy to answer.
