What is right depends solely on the self while what is legal is determined by the society. Something that's right for one person might not be right for the rest of the people. Though rules and laws are determined by the society where you belong. What's more important for each one is up to them to decide facing the possible consequences of their actions. Everyone have different ideologies and opinions. We're going too much into the field of philosophy in here...

While a lot is indeed to get it for free and without "work" it doesn't mean it's everything like that. Specially when it comes to anime/manga. You can't simply find it anywhere, it's hard to get those stuff out of japan, depending on the country it will be harder or easier. Even if you can buy from the internet not everyone is able to do so even if they work and are "honest" people. The main problem here, is that the piracy about this exists mainly to reach more people that it would not reach. I'm not against piracy, but I'm not in favour as well. You just need to put yourself in both places. But in this case, if they're planning on taking everything down alot of people won't have access to those stuff that easily and I'm not talking about money or work in here. BTW I'm talking about self experience, just until last week there was no possible way for me to get manga/anime legally. And even now it's not certain I can have what I want... I can't buy from the internet because my debit card only works in my country and doesn't allow international transferences and all the stores in my country need to be in person or me going to pick it up there and that's not a reliable way for me. I could probably watch in some site legally (crunchyroll maybe, never really checked it) but with my current internet I can't. I just can't way too slow, I would need to download the stuff from my cousin's net so I could watch it at home, but that's not possible without piracy. What I'm trying to say is that piracy got pros and cons, so I can't really defend it but I can't be against it. If most things would be cheaper and/or more easily accessed around the world then piracy would not be needed. Just sayin'. kthxbai

Well I suck at making stories and such, so I've spent an hour trying to figure something to write and since I don't have any good ideas now or ever again I'll just leave it as it is. It sucks, but at least I made a story. If it's too short tell me, I can try to make more stupid things to happen to this poor dragon. Any resemblence to any person or anything else is pure coincidence, or not.

I never tried to make a vn, I didn't even watch the video (actually can't my net is way too slow), but that "engine" sounds fishy to me. All drag and drop stuff I've worked with in alot of stuff never really worked as I wanted, doubt this will be an exception. And actually from the vns I've played (not many, still a newbie) I've noticed that it would be rather simple to make then in C++/C# and I would rather use that instead of a engine like that. The only thing that really would interest me would be the multiple platforms exporter or whatever it is... “TyranoBuilder opens up to game creation and game-based storytelling to people who find tools like GameMaker Studio, Unity, script-based visual novel engines, etc. too difficult to use or too time-consuming to learn.” Sorry but if this is the reason for it's existence then it shouldn't even exist. Honestly something that's supposed to be good is supposed to be time consuming and difficult. If things are too easy you run the risk of having an overload of terrible stuff around ruining the name of the good stuff and by the end everything is ruined. This is all my opinion. kthxbai.

If reinstalling the directx does not work try downloading d3dx9_35.dll only and put in the same folder as the .exe of the game. It should work.

From the forums where that was enabled to everyone you could opt to give a reason or not, if you don't give a reason that thing won't show up. So those cases it wouldn't show up neither bother you at all. kthxbai

But as you said, in spanish/portuguese it's read as "pi", but in other places it would be different

I haven't read even half of the posts, but I just want t leave my opinion. The quick link by images is an awesome idea. THOUGH, it should replace the links in the left. I mean, put e images in the left and remove those links in the left. I'm saying this for the usability sake (lol don't worry if you don't understand what I mean, just laughing at a work I'm doing right now). Users usually (mostly) tend to start looking from the top/left to the center. The right usually is where "useless" ( I don't mean useless, I think you know what I mean, it's just stuff that are not that much interesting or that are less needed... bah can't explain ) stuff are. Images attract alot more the attention than the plain text that is in the left. Therefor if you put it in the left will be easier seen and understood. In the right causes me a certin confusion.

I'm not into laws and those will vary from country to country, but, I don't see anything against donations, for fuwanovel. It's a non profit organization. As long as money don't exceed a certain limit, I don't think you have to declare those to the goverment. (Based on what I read on paypal about donations, but of course you have to base yourself in your country's law). Through paypal donations the users are pretty much secured, because they're free to give you money, you're the one taxed for receiving that money and not the users for donating (I believe, once again that must be based on the law). Well, since I'm not into law, I'll just shut up. I just wanted to post because of the following: Another way, would be creating a youtube account for fuwa and make video walkthroughs for vns, discussions, whatever you think would be good. That would make fuwa more recognized around the world and if it gets alot of videos you would start receiving money for it. Though that is more like a long term solution than a short term and it's not certain, but certainly worth a try (at least for the spreading the word of fuwa). kthxbai

Uhm, have you tried to open donations for people that actually want to help you guys? Most people (probably over 90%) wouldn't even bother to read something about donations, but I'm pretty sure some people would actually like to help you guys by donating some money, it won't be much, but oh well, donation is donation, it's never too little.

I can see it after looking for it for a while lol didn't notice it at first. Well if you want my opinion (newbie opinion, haven't worked on forums/sites yet, just software, but that's not important at all) I would say it would be cool if you would make the sidebars adjustable by the user. I mean let the user arrange it as he sees fit, hide/show the bars he wants (just noticed that the hiding/showing already exists (but I actually meant removing/adding), so it should make the arranging part even easier). For some people birthdays may be more important than calendar so they would want it on top, others may may want the recent posts above, others may not want the calendar, etc. I'm pretty sure it's possible to do that without much work and that would save alot of work for trying to get a layout that would please most people. In long term, you could just make an option in the user pannel where they choose which ones they want, so you can basically add as many as you want witout showing for everyone and without ruining the whole layout and let each member deal with it as they see fit. But once again, it's just a newb's idea. sorry for the long messy post, but I'm no good with writting texts...
