Well, some things ARE different (like them not explaining the Teigu and showing off everyone's powers in episode 2, I think they went over it in episode 3 but I haven't checked it out yet).

They explained the Teigu very briefly in ep 3 and they inserted a scene that was from chapter 2 so it was a bit of a mixture between chapters.

 

I'd have liked a deeper explanation on the Teigu as well.

Nothing really exciting happened this episode (except for Noseblood who got a headrush.) They're still filling through back story. Next episode will be better when a real villain shows up. Most definitely they're saving the teigu explanation for that.

The villain carries a Teigu that gets confiscated by the group.

 

Some of the scenes didn't pass the censor. IMO the impact of the whole episode just wasn't the same without them.

Honestly, I'm sort of getting creeped out by Esdesu and her obsession. Like Yuno Gasai was only so cute until bat*hit insane wasn't cute anymore. We'll see that chapter put into context soon. I'm just thankful I'm on the Akame train - the safety belt is on.

that her obsession isn't really the same as love. It's when I begin fearing for my life. The Ice Queen is about to go Yandere.

Alright i read the chapter now.

Man poor Rabac they're going to break his mind, i feel sorry for him. Guess he's next in line.

Esdese seems like she's going to go yandere on Mein.. i don't like this, once again massive cliffhanger, this series just knows when to leave you hanging.

Decent chapter but my blood is still boiling. Mein is definitely not safe yet.

Main's identity hasn't been revealed yet. Esdeath could be targeting any female right now.

Think about being in his position. He's mad enough he loses girls to Tatsumi on a regular basis.

 

My favorite yandere is Yuno Gasai but Ice Queen is competing. Real life yanderes are NO NO though.
