i cant quite figure out what im doing wrong. every time i try to launch the app, it gives a notification thats in all sorts of stange symbols and whatnot. ive already installed the language package and ive even downloaded and installed the english patches too. is there something else im missing?

he's already set to japanese system locale

hmm it will need more info than this, "strange symbols" is not enough description of what the error is.
