Flyguy Posted April 5, 2016 Author Share Posted April 5, 2016 I'm running Windows 8.1. I've tried all the above suggestions, but it did't help. When I set my location and time to Japan, the title box is garbled and there's no Japanese "notice" box at the beginning . Also I've noticed there's no save option available. Every time I start the game, I've got to start at the beginning. Thanks for those other tips, though. Is there something in the settings splash page that could be doing it?
