I don't like NTR / rape stuff - it's not a dealbreaker but I'd like to steer clear of that. Anyway as for the recommendation I guess it can be something like Shibuya Scramble (Small romance content though), Tokyo Babel (No multiple MC), Tokyo Necro, or maybe 11eyes. I don't know if you're already read those or not, but regardless of it I hope my recommendations can be helpful to you.
