I have bought several games from their website myself, and never ran into any issues, nor have I heard about anyone who did. Rest assured, it's a safe and legit site. On their website, click "my games", and you should see an overview of your orders. There, find the game in question, and hit the download link(s). Should look something like this: If your payment method was saved on their site, this should also be managable from the "my account" hub. I've never bought directly from JAST, but maybe you got flagged for being underage? Sometimes businesses will email you later with verification requirements. They sell physical copies and digital downloads. Double check your order to find out whether you ordered a physical copy, or a download. I made that mistake once. Was very confusing. I suppose they could use Paypal, but there are lots of sites that demand credit card instead of Paypal. And they're also legit. For example, the Apple Store.
