yeh sorry. i downloaded saya no uta from jast usa and i have windows 10 and when the game downloaded a black screen came up and the it just closes the app.

also this is way late to say this its just because i forgot and only just remembered today but i think its a downloadable game and i downloaded it when i first got it but it never opened the game it only opens on a small black screen when i try to open it and then it closes after like 6 seconds and today i tried to find the problem and it said the issue is "incompatible program" what do i do?

i checked my games and downloaded it but when i open the app it just only shows a dark screen for a split second

thank you very much for the first time i bought a game off jast usa but i dunno it saves my cards details and if it does please tell me how to take it off there i bought my first game on jast usa. i thought that it would be a download but i cant see a download anywhere does it come to your house or something because it sais order details after i bought it?

is jast usa a website that will try steal my card info if i put in my card details to try buy something
