Lexyvil
I'm not sure if this game's been covered on here yet, but Castlevania: Symphony of the Night's director and composer are currently making a new Metroidvania-type of game called Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night. It looks very promising so far, and they even managed to hire David Hayter to voice a character. It's a Kickstarter project and it looks way too promising! https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/iga/bloodstained-ritual-of-the-night?ref=nav_search
Mugi
Super excited about it. Lol @ Konami saying "People don't want platformers now". Meanwhile this got 2.5mil in less than a week. They are probably kicking themselves. Lexyvil

I love that he poked fun at that, the reaction is proof that it's the kind of genre everyone needs more of for sure > o <
Nosebleed
This game has been pretty hyped everywhere I'm really looking forward to it and it's absolutely amazing to see developers going independent and free themselves from the shackles of triple A developers. Seriously I hope this shows companies like Konami what dedicated fans are willing to invest in. Lexyvil
