  1. I love Little Busters more and more. Harukas route was a tiny bit too long, but really good. (Sadly, I predicted all twists correctly and beforehand. Curse my trope detection skills.)

Pretty amazing how much the common route morphed. Waaaay more novels should adopt this.

You don't really want to skip the common route since it gains new scenes as you complete more and more routes.

Look back a page. I was wrong and got confused by a key and then I confused you guys with the english language, due to misleading context.

  2. ...

Well, I don't think these 08/15 matchup-rules are true anymore, since magic became so fast and creatures so good over the last few years.

Control is now able to put down aggro consistently, while midrange decks get a lot of disruption and value creatures to keep up with the control decks permission game. That doesn't mean it's always like this, the stereotypical land and 4 goblin guide hand is still able to steal games in ~3 turns.

Magic became a game, that supports every archetype enough to beat others (granted, you won't see combo decks in standard very often). It all depends on the card pool, deckbuilder, player and sideboard.

Not that I was complaining about combo decks in the first place, I just don't want to play them myself.

Anyway, I can't tell a hat from a car in legacy. I'm slowly dipping into modern, but mainly focus on Standard, Limited and Commander.

  3.

Anyone remember type two storm goblins?
I've never played modern, really. I don't recall it being a thing when I played years ago.

Not a fan of combo decks, they generally win too fast and aren't interactive enough for my tastes.

I need to dictate the game into a perfect gamestate, before initiating the victory: Empty handed opponent, empty board and a full seven in the grip.

Being a griefer control player feels really good.

  4. You REALLY ought to do all of the routes. You aint seen nothing, yet. The Rin routes and Refrain (the true route) are the best parts.

And there is a skip option, it's the same as all other VNs. It's the fast forward icon on the bottom of the screen and is even labeled as "skip". I found replaying the common route to be largely painless.

Also be sure to start a fresh new game each time. You get stat bonuses and new events in the common route when you do this.

I meant that "skip read text only"- thing almost every other novel has. I don't want to accidently skip stuff I haven't seen before.

Well, you made it impossible for me to stop reading at this point. So far, you gave me only good advice.

  5. First time Little Busters:

    Got immersed.

    Got enchanted.

    Liked it.

    Loved it.

This novel's common route is the best childhood nobody ever had.

I ended up going for Kud, because she's adorable and cute and funny and nice and I'm not dangerous, I swear... Her route was enjoyable to read and feel, with the exception of

the ending. That was a little dumb.

As a whole, I had a lot of fun. Little Busters delivered, despite some questionable sprites.

P.S: Little Busters really needs a "skip read"- option. As much as I adore the common route, I won't read it six(?) times just to get everyone.

If there is such an option and I'm just too stupid to find it, feel free to correct me.

P.P.S: Yes, I once again procrastinated Fate/Stay. Please don't hit me.

  6. The biggest revelation in Komomo's route:

She is tiny! She's SO tiny!

It's bafflingly visible in every image depicting her and You together. Komomo is barely taller than Chinami or Isuzu, which came really surprising. I always had her on head-to-eye level, because of the sprite.

  7. I was always waiting for Asuho to go completely yandere. I was a bit creeped out the entire time.

The common route ends after the beach scene, if I remember correctly.  It's pretty long, but yeah, until you get past the beach scene, you're still stuck in the common route.

No, it's going on for a good while longer. The common routes always ends

after the fight at the lookout and Komomo joining the Tenkuru. Each route starts by the respective heroine giving you a monologue.

  8. Probably Dragon´s Dogma. It did quite felt like traveling through a real Fantasy world and the somewhat harder diffilculty (especially if you don´t use something like walkthroughs) made it just better (could have been longer though).

Oh yeah, I love this game. I assume you played Dark Arisen as well? It's one of my favorite addons of all time (and ten times harder than post game).
