It's not the boredom for me. When I hear everyone talk about Mare, I can't help but want to see what all the hype is about. When I see the artwork of Shikkoku no Sharnoth, I can't help but be intrigued. As for Ef, I just downloaded it to give it a 5-min quickie. However, just about everything in it left my amazed. Stuff like that.

Err... The ram on a GPU is typically useful these days, particularity if you play even flash games or surf the web, and modern GPU's typically have at least 1GB of RAM, so to have that little... Trust me. When your rendering a video and your computer is going at nil speed because all your RAM is dedicated to your render... It's not pretty. I won't forgive you by the way. Take responsibility.

As the title suggests, this is something that occurs to me often, and I wish to know if I am not alone in my madness. Here is an example: I was playing some Fate/Stay Night and reached about halfway through Heaven's Feel, the final route in the game. I then started up Hoshizora no Memoria for no reason at all. I did in fact finish Hoshizora but then proceeded to begin Shikkoku no Sharnoth, which I got about 3/4 of the way through. It didn't end there. I decided to play a little Kamidori Alchemy Meister, though I stopped at the beginning of Yuela's route. I then started up Syarin (Himawari no Shoujo? I cannot remember the name). I finished it, but then started Ef. And so here I am, typing this post while regretting all I have done. So many plots. So little time.

I agree completely. Don't do the machine translation. It's bad, you won't enjoy the visual novel you use it on the same way you might if you could read it in english or japanese. I personally am taking my time learning Japanese, as I have no particular rush at all, seeing as I have so many translated visual novels to go through. It seems everyone who likes visual novels eventually asks your exact question, and most of us decide on learning Japanese, the language that we have come to enjoy through the medium of visual novels.

IF you value you sanity don't watch that video. If you value your children and wife/husband don't watch that video. If you value the all powerful Mare or the amazing Mein don't watch that video.

This is very important information to me. I need you to supply it. However, I must first tell you a story, a fairy tale of the two. A long, long time ago there lived an old man and an old woman on a mountain. The elderly couple went onto the fuwanovel forums and started posting things they would likely regret later on. However, as the day grew to an age such as themselves, they tried to go to the forum's "home" thing. HOWEVER- they made a fatal mistake! They clicked the "Fuwanovel button" rather than the "forums button"! And due to their extremely slow internet (I forgot to mention that), it took them forever to navigate back to the forums! Thus ends my story. This happens to me on a regular basis, so I'm curious, has anyone else done it? It's probably just me and the elderly couple in the story.
