    LOL! Cerlulean, answer honestly :makina:

Are you indeed a 2000 year old immortal being that consumes visual novels as well as people?

(Or is that clephas? :illya: )

this makes me wonder if japan has even + extreme deities like those.

They do really care about all this rules of how to speak in Japan. :vinty:

u r caring about 'rules' in this exact phrase. u use 'do' instead of 'does' for they, u put the verbs and nouns and everything in the correct order, (you broke 1 tho: its these rules, not this). so yea, rules are necessary for a language; its natural 4 em. but they do break some rules, like omitting sounds and abbreviating stuff.

I'm pretty sure that the only reason to learn 古文 these days are if you plan to read older Japanese literature in the original. Unless you are either really anal about translations  (to the extent that you don't even trust modern japanese translations of older japanese) or if you are getting a graduate degree in Japanese literature, then I see no real reason to learn 古 文.  So I am curious what your incentives are.

well, even jap students learn it. but its not rly a 'necessity' thing, but + of a curiosity or culture and language obsession (no weaboo). anyway, learning 古文 would make me feel + confident n + knowledgeable bout the language.

dont bother trying to understand strippers, tbh.

  5. yea you do. like, all the conjugations of verbs, nouns, adjectives, etc. are done in hiragana. besides, ud need it to differentiate kanji meanings with furigana.

also, its not hirIgana, but hirAgana. mkay? also, if u learn katakana and the basic way to adapt engrish words to jap, u already know a bunch of words, just be careful with fake cognates.

Anyone who plays Steins;Gate will be bedazzled. You dont have to be a visual novel fan to appreciate it.

thats the reason promoting vns as games isnt a good idea(at least on west). heck, even putting them in a library among books would be better, cuz it would arise curiosity and bookworms would be more willin or curious to play em.

I watched that when I was 5 years old... it is the first TV show other than Sesame Street I actually remember watching...  and it shaped my tastes a lot.  I'd suggest Eden* or Planetarian for her.

id like to give her something short, so it might be adequate, but dont those have sad endings?(she doesnt like sad endings).
