  1. It's a bit spoiling, but it's needed to understand that it isn't like that. Lyle isn't really weak. Or rather, he is, but there is a reason. (you'll understand when you'll read) Anyway, the story is good if you can accept : Lyle is dense and really oblivious to the world during the first volumes. He was rejected/isolated since he was 10, so he is rather immature. It becomes better later as he grows by living as an adventurer. It's a harem, or so I think. Lyle only like one girl, but many girls like him. Don't know about later, we'll see. The story isn't really fast paced, but I think that pace is good. The ancestors are a little annoying at first, but it becomes better later. It's been a while since the last chapter, so I forgot a few things, but all in all, I like it. What's more, once Yoraikun will resume the translation, it will be one chapter daily !
  2. If you want to read it in english, it would be the Web Novel, and not the Light Novel. BT removed the first 78 chapters, but you should be able to find them if you search a little. If you didn't know, Sevens going to be novelized !
  3. I see. In that case, I will probably do Koko kara Natsu no Innocence! after Kamikaze Explorer, since you say it's a good charage in your review. I don't have that much time now, and I'm going back to my parents' house for christmas. Then when I will finally return, Noble Works and Koisaku will probably be released (hopefully) so I will read them. So until then, I will review my grammar and then continue Kamikaze Explorer and see if my understanding got better. Anyway, thanks for your answer !
  4. Hi ! I'm reading Kamikaze Explorer (finished Kotoha's and Fuuka's Routes) with ChiitransLite juggling between the parser, Atlas and Honyaku. If I'm not wrong (I hope), I'd say I understood 80% of what I read. (The other 20% being long descriptions or scientific descriptions. Often both at the same time) My question is : Can I go to the second level or should I do another first level VN ? Also, really liking the common route (Individual routes less), what level are other Clochette VNs ? If they are around first level, I'll read them after Kamikaze Explorer. If not, I guess I will just read another VN from the first level. Thanks !
  5. The end was rather anticlimactic, but it wasn't bad. But I like volume 1 more.
  6. Thanks ! @Kiriririri > No. In fact, I was pleasantly surprised ! Didn't thought that someone other than Flutterz would post moe. Thanks !
  7. Not to contradict you, but with what you say I can only say that you should try to read Rokujouma. I mean, there isn't really "drama". (if by drama you mean "sad things") When I say it's heart-warming it's because the characters are so likeable that when there is a description of their feelings you can't help but find it cute, and even if Koutarou is dense I really like how he acts and what he says. If you have time, try to read the 2-3 first volumes (the 1st volume is an introduction volume so nothing much happen, and it's a little messy. You start to like Rokujouma from the volume 3 when Koutarou start to help each invader, and you(I) begin to really like it with the .5 volumes). They aren't that long, and really easy to read, so please, give it a try ! (I know I repeat myself and all, but I love Rokujouma enough to translate in in my language (French), so I want more people to read it and like it)
  8. Thanks ! @Kawasumi > I love science VN, Steins;Gate in particular. And I like serious and good stories rather than moe characters. When I said I wanted moe, I was asking to Flutterz who post a moe to each introduction. x)
  9. There is action/battle (at least one per volume) but it's not the main point. It's a question of taste. I really like how heart-warming it is, and how it can give me so many emotions. Another heart-warming LN would be Hikaru ga Chikyuu ni Itakoro...... They are the most heart-warming LNs I know. I may like action/adventure/fantasy novels, but I quite like comedy/romance/slice of life novels too. Does it means you'll never read Oregairu ?
  10. Volume 9, which is in fact the 11th volume counting the .5. I don't know about the rest, but until where I am it's really good. Or at least, I really like it. It's truly heart-warming, and the characters are so likeable. Many girls like Koutarou, but we don't really know about him. We have hints, and things change with time, so... If you want to know : I don't know about the pdfs, I read on BT.
  11. Thanks ! It was the right thing to ask, nice moe. @Dergonu > Hmm, Amane, I guess. I didn't really like Shuffle that much. In fact, even if it was my first VN, I still count Little Busters! as my "true" first VN. So I don't really want to read the sequel.
  12. Mushoku Tensei is really good and really worth reading with a satisfying ending. One of the novels I really want to read again in japanese in the future. Someone's reading Rokujouma no Shinryakusha!? ? It's one of my favorite LN and is really underrated and not well known. I hope people show more love for it. I'm planning on reading Zero no Tsukaima once the translation resume, so I hope it will be as good as you said Abyssal Monkey. Apparently it's really different from the anime, so I'm hypped to read such a long serie !
  13. Hi there ! I'm your average(?) french guy who've been lurking on this forum for almost two years, and I have to say that many times I wanted to post something, but I was too lazy to create an account. But things change, and one day you have to do what you have to do. So, what made me do it ? Procrastination. Well, that and because I started reading VNs untranslated, so I had to sign in if I wanted to ask a few things. Using Clephas list, I played (or read, whichever you like) Kamikaze Explorer and I would say I understood at least 80% of what I read. But there is a great flaw : It's boring. Well, not that much. The common route was really fun, but the individual routes not really until the end. Not really interested in the other VNs in the first level (Aside from Noble Works, but the english patch is comming soon), and not really wanting to ruin a good VN with crappy understanding, I wanted to know where I was in my understanding based on how I was able to read through Kamikaze Explorer, albeit slowly, without much trouble. I used ChiitransLite and juggled between the Parser and Atlas/Honyaku. My Japanese is low, but I've got basic grammar, but I'm still pretty lacking. Even if useless thanks to the parser, I know a little more than 100 kanji. (yeah, not that much :/) If you could make a few good suggestions (to know what I like/read https://vndb.org/u98814/list). Well, what can I say now... I read a lot of Light Novels and manga, and I watch a few anime each season. Just your average guy, I guess. Well, that's all, thanks for reading ! PS: I want a moe. A lot of moe if possible. x)
