It's too good
I don't get that. I mean, I understand that when you leave them in the box they stay pristine and of extremely good value, but it kinda takes the point away. They're there to be put out, in a glass cabinet so they don't collect dust, and admired. It's the best way to admire them too, when they're set up. But that's just my opinion.

My last ordered figure and most awesome IMO arrived. Big thanks to rainismyfav for referring me to another site, saving me money and time. I had to take it out of the box though, I couldn't resist.

Pre-ordered from Crunchyroll. It technically arrived last Monday, March 2nd for me but I missed the mailman.
Nevermind that, I raced to Amazon and looked into it, the one I pre-ordered wasn't released yet, and was more expensive. I found one that had already been released and has the same shipping speed, and free shipping, and it's cheaper. You saved me some $$ there

Besides all the Japanese, anime, manga, etc. related things we own, what other things does everyone own that are either rare, odd, or just things that you wouldn't find in any other household very quickly?
At the moment, there are 2 things I can think of.
I also recently bought this rare oddity, an Ignatz Flying Pendulum Clock. Not a great time keeper, fun to try though. If you can get it's accuracy below 10 minutes per day, you can go and collect your Gold Medal of Tall Tales. $400,- well spent
This is one of 8 clocks that were never sold. I bought it brand new, unopened in the box since the 1960s! (They were made from 1959 till 1979)(The foam inside was molding XD)
