According to the his article, sanah chose not to file a counterclaim since it required his personal information, which would be relayed to Nutaku.

No, Nutaku instead decided to look into whether I lied about linking the forum post about censorship in the text of the image gallery, and used the "ongoing investigation" as grounds to uphold the DMCA.

Seriously, that is really petty of them to go to such lengths to cover up their lies. I'll be sure to spread this information around in hopes that this comes back to bite them. There's only so much I can tolerate before I start speaking out against something.
