Playasia is more expensive but has cheaper cargo. They both come around to around $140-$150, the difference between is trivial. I live in Turkey, if that matters. Which site should I order from? Nah, it's all about having the physical copy 8D I would say go for Play-Asia, you know you won't be getting bootleg stuff. I ordered from them many times and I'm satisfied! However, If you don't mind getting used games I have imported several used games through Amazon USA which saved me quite a lot of money.
