It's been blogged about before and discussed in a few places already, but for some reason I still forgot to make a thread here. We're currently looking for a TLC and another translator as well. If someone wants, they can also take over the role of lead TL as well, if you feel confident enough, it may prove to be beneficial to have someone doing more of the TL and overseeing the rest of the TL work as well. The progress is going pretty smoothly and things have pretty much settled down in terms of the team effort. It is someone who is good enough with JP to check if the translation doesn't have any massive errors, but doesn't spend so much time there as the first TL. Having only 1 or 2 translators translating slowly right now is the problem. I do agree that with more focus it would take less time.
