Just watched the Chu2Koi OVA. Please KyoAni. Season 2 soooooon and not vapor news like Denpa Onna Season 2 #NeverForget
Nothing like a little Rikka to make your day complete. Its this show that just reinforces my belief that you have to give every anime show a chance. You never know when a gem like this will appear.
I would never forgive myself if I missed this one.

Something else that I'm sure has been said already; when watching older anime, we tend to already know what is good and what isn't. With newer anime that are just coming out, we don't know and end up watching more mediocre- bad shows than if we waited a year or two.
That's the problem right there!! People go into older anime with a preconceived notion on what's good and what's not. I can probably name 50 shows that "anime fans" think suck, but are really great anime. That's why I'll give pretty much anything a chance.
Always keep an open mind. You might be surprised. I love older anime. There are so many gems that no one know about. It's a shame. Sorry end rant

Another episode and I'm now rethinking my pledge to not drop this show. If nothing else, it may go on hold for a while because
Not a damned thing happens for the 4th episode in a row.
When I found out that this show was ghoing to be 25 episodes I was happy. But that was before I realized that they would shove filler down our throats.
Im done watching this as they air. I think im going to wait till the season is complete and marathon it in one go. Very dissapointed with the last few episodes.

I agree that 26-52 episodes generally is the ideal amount for a series to develop strong characters and a strong story
Really depends on the show. I don't mind longer series as long as its not 80% filler *cough* Bleach *cough*

Code geass, but that one doesn't go too much into love though!
But it has a brilliant story, good animation, it also has supernatural elements and it has its comedy relief moments :D/>/>
Code Geass is super popular so u might like it. I'm not a huge fan of the ending that's why I wouldn't suggest it. My opinion of course.
Another great supernatural anime I suggest Everyone watch is the Spirited Away movie by Studio Ghibli. Absolute classic.
Oh my god how could I forget kimagura orange road. Best romance anime ever. Though its from the 80'a there are none to compare to its epic ness.

SO im finally done with high school and have a bunch of time now whats everyone deciding to do with their summer break? what has everyone been playing/ watching?
Ahh to be young again. Enjoy your freedom while you can. Pretty soon, work/bills/life will make it so you have less time to enjoy yourself (as much as you can now)

Just watched episode 11. This show has gone from being amazing, to being really good, to being just cool, and now it's just stupid as hell. I still won't drop it, but I've never felt so disappointed over any anime like I do this one.
Sadly I agree. Talk about turning to crap. It's sad

Although im not surprised, I have to say im going to be hesitant in my optimism because I was disappointed with season 1. The episodes didnt flow like they should of (compared to the LN in my opinion)

Hey guys. As some of you know I have recently spent some significant time in the hospital, (Had major Heart surgery) With Nazi nurses and zero distractions from the boredom I decided to try my hand at art. Now I use the term art loosely as I have no clue what im doing. Here is the first piece I did. As you can tell, I love me some Yui Hirasawa.
Criticisms are welcome, but please keep in mind I was HEAVILY medicated :)/>

after watching the last 12 episodes of maou-san, no.
srsly, that show just touches me in all the right places. made my top 5 list and if I didn't have a special place in my heart for outlaw star, would probably be my favorite anime ever. every episode is a box of happy.
See?? Perfect example of what I was saying. It's all subjective. Opinions vary (though I'm enjoying maou-san it's nowhere near a all time favorite)

To be honest, it's all subjective. Opinions vary about what genre is best. I have a wide variety of genres that I like. I love a good slice of life show just as much as a good comedy. It's all subjective. My opinion of an epic show will be different from say, Eldin. Does that mean I'm right? Lol probably not.
There have been great shows as recent as this season. Attack on Titan is pretty damn epic. However, the overall quality of show is, not so epic. It's a matter of preference.

It's Yui Hirasawa not Yuri. Yui Hirasawa was a MC Ina popular anime. Geez not sure how many more clues you should need this should be relatively easy now
