As for Sad moments: Clannad: After Story wins by default. I cried so much I had to stop that certain chapter and leave to get some air, because I couldn't even see thanks to the tears xD
Anohana and Angel Beats too made me cry, not as much, but they did.
As for joyful/happy/etc: Nichijou made me cry of laughter every single chapter, and Clannad + After Story had some moving scenes that made me teary eyed too.
I had a few more, but power went down and I lost what I had written, so these will do for now :c -

Welcome to the forums! I see you've already played some good titles, nice ;D now, I recommend you to play Katawa Shoujo! It's unvoiced, and it has H-scenes... But it's really good, and you can turn off said scenes without actually affecting the storyline. I hope you give it a try, and do enjoy your stay over here~!

Black Bullet was dark this week. Damn.
Also as much as I love NGNL. I think the ending was ridiculous. They broke down in an illusionary version of Tokyo.

But I loved how Jibril went all masochistic. xD
I'm sure I'm not the only one that thought that that scene was just for "fun" and that in the next chapter they'll be fine again e_e

So... Black Bullet. Damn this chapter -_- I saw it coming when they said all that of going to the class, and Enju saying that she would show them that dvd.
At the end, I really hoped that Rentaro would snap and just leave the monolith alone, turning into some dark hero (which, for me, would've been awesome, as I can't really remember any anime/manga like that; in the end, they always decide to be good and help the bastards).

I'm with Garejei. I like shows like Gj-bu and the like, but when it comes to an ALL girls cast, even if I find the characters really cute I just can't get into it o: shows that are based solely on girls doing cute things isn't really fun for me :'c

Started Maken-Ki, but I don't know if I'll go past the first chapter (seeing the unlimited pantyshot works gave me a bad feeling, alongside the seemingly useless main character).
I also started OreShura, thinking it would be just like Maken-Ki, but it feels kinda like Nisekoi and I like the comedy so far o: -

It reallyyy needs a season 2 announcement already because I don't want to see the ending right now. I want to see their journey to conquer Disboard (I swear this is a really horrible pun if it is a pun at all).
It MUST have one. I mean, a friend of mine is reading the light novel, and he says that he can't picture how they'll do the entire Beast-nation saga in just a few chapters ;U; I haven't read the light novel, so I can't be 100% sure of what he says though.
That aside, I wouldn't mind a second, third, fourth, or fifth season e-e
