Am still self learning Japanese through reading VN. Best favourite is Rewrite. 

Have interest in VN ever since I found out Clannad was actually from VN. If I remember correctly, KoiHime Musou was my first read. I only started to read VN because anime have limitations everywhere, not just age restrictions and mentality, but also budget and production quality.

Started to read in original VN in Jap and then grew to decide to learn a new language. I am not strong in own language yet learning another one.    

Very much still lost pondering what my future is going to be like. Lost my ambition at young age and holds the thought that live is to suffer. 

I mentioned incest, it really is a unique theme not commonly found, VN has it. Read a few and teared from them. Just 1 of them, I enjoyed. Normal books and novels may offer the same, but being unable to withstand just reading and imagine the story, from what I was told. VN would be the best alternative, added that I am interested in the language. Recommending to my friends might prove difficult as it is quite time consuming, objective view of the theme and before the language.  Anime give all the reasons that feature incest but only to be between non-blood related. Sad endings to-be, to only finish up as a no-end series and I hate it. Oreimo

Kind of added this part after going through a few threads. I support getting whole uncut versions of a VN than having H scenes cropped out. H scenes sometimes really have no reason to be there, I agree. But if it was there in the first place, I want to see the whole transition and full change of interaction between the characters. I know Key's H really not worth the time, but it let's me see the product as a whole. The reason I feel this medium was suppose to be lack of restrictions.

All said and done, my love for VN could be too early to tell. I read a lot of nukiges. This may have to do with MGQ(Monster Girl Quest), my first few and main cause of opening a different realm for me(or realised my dream). Some nukiges work on convincing stories to make its worth. Others are for the moe and curiosity of how the heroines routes will go. More detailed thoughts of the characters and multiple routes to choose from comparing anime; BGM, voices, CG, music, colours to offer than in a book.
