  1. When people ask me "why is Noble Works better than Princess Evangile"? Well you see...... Still, I would have given Noble Works a 0/10 because Chiaki didn't get a route. GG, NO WAIFU NO LIFU!!!!!
  2. What is this madness? I fixed it before you even replied!!!
  3. You should of given it a 0/10 cause there is not route for the principal. GG, NO WAIFU NO LIFU!!!!!
  4. It's not on the top 10 list, it's a "notable otome game". Number 2 is Karanoshojo 2.
  5. A lot of people seem to be asking for recommendations on recently translated VNs. So I stumbled across this video not too long ago that visually illustrates a concrete list of the best translated VNs of 2015. Enjoy!

  7. $30 for a Princess Evangile wall scroll? This site is scaring me........
  8. I apologize if I wasn't being clear enough, but I was trying to convey that most VNs here in the US are pretty bad, the only exception I can think of from "official translators" is Clannad, Grisaia, and The Devil on G string. To read anything else, I need to surf the web and find an English patch.
  9. Perhaps you do not understand what the meme "I'm going to need two guns for this one" represents?
  10. Read the reply again, you seem to have miss an important detail.
  11. "the good VNS over shadow the bad ones" is what I want to say, but unfortunately here in the US.......... To be fair, I generally see it easier to differentiate between bad and good VNs than it is with anime.
  12. I'm just going to go straight to the point, no bullshit. Why is anime now just a bunch of harem teasing stereotypes, where half of the entire show is just watching characters cringing like they have blue balls over sexual situations, and the other half is creating irrelevant arks that provide no progression in story or character development? *COUGH* Scuse me! Perhaps I am being biased, since i grew up as a kid watching Pokemon and Dragon Ball Z while eating my cereal every Sunday morning. When I got older, I watched things like FMA, Katanagatari, Samurai Champloo, Spice and Wolf, Steins;Gate, Sakurasou no Pet na Kanojo, Bakemonogatari, Gurren Lagann and every studio Ghibli film like it was my religion. I still watch anime, but I have been finding myself closing the stream without even finishing the second episode because of how bored I get too many times. There are some glimmers of beauty though, in 2015 I saw a little show called Shigatsu wa Kimi no Uso that made me cry harder than accidentally getting onion juice into my eyes when I was 10. Then I found the world of VNs, and punched myself for not finding it sooner. The time and effort put into writing the plot/setting, the awesome sprites that bring characters to life, the voice acting that surpasses many anime today, the multiple routes with stories within stories creating "what if" scenarios in every corner. Even if some VNs are just designed to be glorified sex games, at least it doesn't try to beat around the bush with it, you get what you get. Hell, I would probably argue that sex is something that our society shames on too much (here in the US), but that is for a different discussion. I would love to see series that at least shows some kind of sexual interaction between characters, whether it's explicit or implicit. *COUGH*|*COUGH* Scuse me, don't know what's wrong with my throat..... Anyways, I want to hear what you guys think. A wise man once said:

  15. Perhaps I was too "general" when I stated "eroge", my apologies. So let me just say this; I consider Majikoi to be God's Gift to mankind, and if everyone were to read it, it would end nation's borders, world hunger, and wars from the human race once and for all. That should help you all specify your recommendations. Nuff said *throws table upside-down*
  16. Hey weabs, I need a new Eroge to fill the empty void of my heart, realizing my mortality and the fact that reality will never come close to any visual novel, no matter how much I try to envision it. Slowly descending into a depression cycle of regret, loneliness, and isolation. I was wondering if there are any "newer" eroges that have been recently translated, since I pretty much have read all of the older/classics. VNDB links would be appreciated. :EDIT: Perhaps I was too "general" when I stated "eroge", my apologies. 17. >Right Wing >Libertarian I wasn't aware that's how American politics worked in the current year but okay. Also >'Euphoric Capitalist' Everyone I've spoken to who likes the show is not this. I'm actually a socialist. Maybe you should stop hanging out with normies. 1.) Americans just use the term "libertarian", however they fail to realize the word's meaning. Libertarianism is basically a political philosophy in which you are skeptical towards authority. It has nothing to do with economical standpoint, and yet Americans think it has to do with free markets (in other words, remember that there are both right wing and left wing libertarians out their, in the case of the US, most "libertarians" are right winged, I am probably the only exception ) 2.) Never said that the the opposite was true (loving mlp = euphoric capitalist).
  18. I seem to have a bad reference to Bronies, mostly because I have to deal with right wing libertarians all the time during annual protests. I swear, every single one of them loves MLP, I never figured out why...... For some reason, being an "euphoric capitalist" makes you attached to this show, it's honestly one of life's greatest mysteries.
