Well, changing your system locale has zero effect on your hardware so if the computer wouldn't boot up at all then that was pure coincidence. If it messed up the windows installation, that still sounds extremely unusual and I would bet on either it being unrelated or you were running a shoddy pirate version of windows.
That's what I was thinking. Or maybe he just got a virus at the same time.

Hello, I have a question regarding this whole "change your system locale to Japanese". Last time I tried that, my PC refused te reboot normally (I'm on windows 7 home premium, btw). So, since I don't want to screw up my PC, is applocal enough to run the game?
I'm actually curious what the problem is, because I have Windows 7 home premium and I don't have any issues with running in Japanese locale.

I didn't need to know that... Nobody needed to know that.
As if that's somehow worse than the Hermit Crab ending in S. At least then Yamato ends up with a person.
-
Speaking of short bad ends, do they count in unlocking routes?

It branches off from Momoyo's after story.

I can't find the crack. Is there any way to solve this? I tried using AlphaRom but it doesn't work

I know you mention that the patch will be compatible with Wairu's, but I just want to double check: does the patch released include Wairu's patch, or do we need both? Thanks.

What do you mean, "community drama"?
Skyspear translations "wordlessly" disbanding in the "middle of the night"
-
Wow, good job guys, community drama and a translation release, what more could you want?
-
I though it was 80%, but yeah....That was nice waiting game
I only waited for around 1y so it wasn't so bad, but 2 years for 15% -_- The reason why no1 picked it up is complete mystery for me.
Too much varied interest, too many options, the inevitable progression of time, etc.
-
Not all translators can have a free schedule, take that into consideration. Also a lot hasn't been updated yet, so just wait a little longer. For the A-1 uncensored patch has not been decided yet, so it might not get one at all.
Yeah, they mentioned that 2on suddenly got busy and wasn't able to work very much on the project. Their twitter seems to be pretty active, actually, so if you want to make sure things are still progressing that's probably a good place to check.

YO looks like you guys almost are finished so question, is the patch gonna include all routes or will the wairu patch be a separate download along with this one.
Also are you planning on translating A-3? Need more Tsubame in my life
I think it'll be a full patch with the uncensor optional, like the patch for the original Majikoi game. There are no plans to translate any of the A series besides A-1 at this point, but the purpose of creating Skyspear Translations was to, ideally, bring together a group that would translate the remaining fandiscs.

Can you tell me the progress had reached % ?
There's a separate update thread linked from the first page that tells you what routes are translated, and which are edited. If you're asking for a percentage of total translation, it's a bit hard to gauge. There's a couple different metrics, such as file count and line count, but they are in the final stretch of translating, to be sure. Granted, Koyuki's route is basically a main route so it'll take longer than some of the other "routes," but still.

We probably are

Well, so long as y'all don't go the Nobunaga route, I think I'll manage.
I can't really imagine how this situation would develop into being betrayed by one of our most trusted generals and being forced to commit seppuku in a castle that is also on fire.

Its not?... err hmm i have no idea how then. eh i'm a bit of a dummy when it comes to talking online. i barely comprehend any of the strange emotes this strange generation of mine invented, or any of the technology.... no wait i can safely say that i do not comprehend any of the technology.
There's a spoiler tool in the menu bar when you type up a reply, it hides the text underneath a prompt, meaning that people have to willingly click it in order to read it, rather than reading accidentally. Like this:
It's actually pretty straightforward once you know that it's there.
Now, that being said, I don't think that what you spoiled was particularly important, but there's kind of a blanket rule about spoilers in general, in most similarly focused online communities, just because what people consider to be "important" and "not important" will vary wildly from person to person. Most places it's a bannable offense, sometimes regardless of whether it was intentional or not.

Oh right sorry... and she didn't?
i mean *SPOILERS*
Momo almost did for sure, and if she almost died, then i feel certain Takae probably woulda.
That's... not quite how to spoiler, my man

The staff room translation is done.
As for progress, that's a trickier question. There are so many ways to measure progress: scripts, line count, character count, kilobytes; and all of them are going to give slightly different answers.
also there's a zero kilobyte script file for some reason, which just throws everything off.

Shall I tell you a tale? Once upon a time there was a thread where they posted updates.
Unfortunately, people filled the pages so fast the thread became nigh-on useless.
And so, two threads were created for a single project. The end.
Now tell me it's difficult to find info on that one.
You win this one, Edgeworth...

Some people just get over excited.
To be fair, it's a bit confusing to come into a project midway rather than being there from the beginning. Or after it's finished. Lord knows I've had to prowl through 100+ forum pages looking for information about something that no one had been talking about for several years.
Although sometimes it's just people not paying attention.

if can answer that make me happy but can't its oke , this translation project can you tell me will take many time for complete? , 1 month again or less
sorry my english so bad
Koyuki's route is significantly larger than the other routes. A month might be a good guess judging from previous progress, but that's only for translating. QC will likely take longer as they double and triple check things.

Well, either way, changing the locale shouldn't do anything to your start-up, and we don't really have enough information to guess what else might have been going on at the same time. It could have been a start-up program (or virus) that you installed later on, rather than Windows itself.
