Overall TL is around 96% done, but validated TL (check to see if no one input machine TL/bad translation/TL mistakes, because it's an open project) is more around 60-70% done. After that there's still a lot of editing to do. You can easily find the updates page on TLwiki. A partial patch TL (about 50%) is available.
