No idea what you mean, yes you could unpatch it back if you get the original Japanese scripts and patch it manually (with probably lot of trouble) but what would be the point of that when you can just download the original release xD

The fuwanovel version is just the original with applied English patch over it so when you download the original, it is the same as downloading the already patched version just without the English

Yes, there is no way to get back the original from fuwanovel release, you will need to download the JP game.
