  1. Thank you, I'll be sure to check it out! I'm not familiar with Talisman, but I love Arkham Horror! haha
  2. My apologies I have not had the chance to play that one, although I recognize the name Although I'm currently in a game based on Iron Kingdoms? For some reason I thought they were related, but I don't think so >.>
  3. You're quite correct, Crook. I actually was originally on Lemma before I came here I'm not super active on Lemma (I'm just very busy and stuff--I am learning ren'py, which thankfully isn't as tricky as I feared because I have some Python experience) but yes, higher percentage of women, I would say for that reason.
  4. Haha well, indeed I am one and that's cool! Again, I'll remember to check it out. Thank you! I'll keep it in mind! Haha, thank you for the tip! In general, I'm sadly not too experienced with a lot of VNs but I've known about many of them for awhile (so I know about Kanon, but haven't technically played it, for example). But yes, I think I can agree with you there Thank you for another recommendation Oh boy. Different kinds XD I've played D&D 3.0-3.5-4.0 (and Pathfinder), but I've also played different sort of systems like World of Darkness, Legend of the 5 Rings, Star Wars Saga, even A Song of Ice and Fire! I have also tried one-shots of a few other weirder ones. It's a hobby I've enjoyed for awhile To everyone else who's replied: Thank you so much! Glad to be here!
  5. My apologies, I didn't answer your question in the other post. I'm technically the "beta" (I look through the character concepts and make sure they "make sense", so to speak. I also look through plot development and writing structure for problems in pacing and such), but I also am assisting in the writing as well Cool, let's be! I'm mostly familiar with new ones. So Zero Escape series is my favorite. I also really like Cinders. As far as more traditional ones, I'm still playing through Fate Stay/Night (although enjoying it a lot) and hope to play some others. I've played some of the free ones that people post, as well, with the ren'py engine. I need to play more older ones >.< I'm reading F/SN now! I love it so far. I'm hoping to play Steins;Gate and Remember11 at some point, as well. I believe I need to buy the former (so not that old, I suppose haha), so I should remember to do that
  6. Ah, it's not too complicated. Just KLEH-stay. Random name I made up a long time ago that I like to use sometimes And thank you everyone! I'm excited to see the project come to fruition as well!
  7. Hi! I know I'm new, but I'm actually pretty interested in the way VNs have changed over the years and have a pretty good handle on the newer ones vs. the old ones. So as long as I'm able to commit to the time, I would like to participate in Episode 11 (Visual Novel Interface and Modern Changes Over the Years). Let me know if that's cool or not!
  8. Hello everyone! You can call me Clestae, my username. I'm new to fuwa, although not extremely new to visual novels. I haven't played all the "old great ones," but thanks to this website, I hope to soon I'm also part of the team developing Lucid9, so keep on the lookout for us! I'm a native English speaker. I enjoy writing on the side (can't draw worth anything >.<), and like general "nerd" hobbies (anime, video games, tabletop, etc.), along with just trying to get through school! So yeah. I guess those are the important things
