What do you mean by that? I'm playing "Tsujidou-san no Jun'ai Road" now, launching it with AppLocale under Windows 7 Ultimate x64 with no problems. AppLocale has always been on Windows 7. Not sure about Windows 8, but i guess it should be there too, as soon as it can be oficially downloaded from Microsoft.

I learned about this game from this thread and since then wanted to play it. By first look on characters Koshigoe Maki became my favourite one, now i'm playing her route and have already said to myself that didn't make a mistake about Maki))) Game is really cool for me, besides i wanted to play something similar, with comedy and battle girls. If you like Majikoi (i guess everyone here like Majikoi) you should at least try this one. And as for other heroines without route, yep, there is fandisk, BookwormOtaku have already given the link. What exactly do you want to know? When i began to read VNs in Japanese, i used the same tutorial. It's pretty simple explained here. I used it to read Miyako route when didn't know about this thread + now i'm playing "Tsujidou-san no Jun'ai Road" and have no huge problems, however there are things which i cannot understand, some small details, but i pretty good understand the main plot. I use ATLAS, Honyaku, Google, Bing, FreeTranslation and Excite as translators, but prefer first 4 of them. Last two just in case. As for Google and Bing, i suddenly found out that they are pretty useful from time to time. I set "Auto-Convert Half-Width Katakana" and "Auto Convert to Hiragana when no Japanese" in Translator Aggregator. As For ATLAS options, there are only "Break Sentence On", i set it in "Double Quotes" but i doubt it's big help. As for tool for capture text, i use ITH of course, without any agth. There are no huge variety of options here. I set all "Auto..." marks.

Little clarification - anime and manga have their own unique endings. I prefer VN because there are even some endings which can be described as "good". As for Makoto in anime, i would like to kill him myself((

I also watched anime before playing VN. And have to say that they are really two different things. But we always have the same - characters and story are shown more deeply in VNs, It always like that and i'm not surprised. So i prefer to watch anime at first, for at least to know some about characters and stuff, then playing VN. Just if to do it otherwise, you get bad impression after watching anime at the end.

You have a point. And yes, in Persona series you lack something if you play last game at first then previous one etc. It's because Persona one of the some franchises which become better and better from part to part. But it's not always such a case. For example i played MGS4 at first, then 1st, 2nd and 3rd parts. All games are awesome, i can't say that 4th is the best. The same with Final Fantasy VII and, for example, XIII.Devil May Cry is another such franchise (i think 3rd one is the best). Something like that)

Agree. I thought about it. And i once had that idea - what if some Japanese company, just as an experiment, decided to translate any popular VN there? I think they'll be surprised how popular this genre can be outside of Japan...
