If you are asking about how to stop the hooked text from repeating itself, ie 「そうですか？」「そうですか？」. I have not been able to fix it with Wagamama high spec OC so unless someone who is more familiar with the engine wants to help, you will be stuck with it repeating.

未尋 is being translated by the machine translators. Manually add a substitution for 未尋 to be displayed as Mihiro in TA tools>substitutions
