Also, may I ask a rough estimate of how many VNs you've read? I hope you enjoy the forums~ If I include low grade VNs (example of low grade VN: http://vndb.org/v160) I would say around 175-250 visual novels.

To answer your question, any VN created by Key, Katawa Shoujo, Go Go Nippon, Wanko to Kurasou, Gadget Trial, Yandere, Kamidori Alchemy Meister, and Symphonic Rain. Oh and Love Plus+ for NDS. Those are some of my favorites that I can think of off the top of my head.
